If I could rate no stars I would. Im from NB and visit here often. I was treated so poorly the last time I came I brought a friend and paid cash and even told the staff to keep the change. I walked outside with a full beer and a bee landed right in my drink. I then walked inside to ask for a new drink since I only had one sip, they told me "thats part of being outside. Sorry." I felt this was handled very unprofessionally and Ill make sure to not bring business here again.

We love the staff, they are responsive and always on top of their game... But come on, buy some 10 dollar chairs, make it more inviting with lighting and can you get rid of the 5 year old music tapes... You guys could do so much more!! Your not what you think you are and if you didnt have great employees your locals would go elsewhere!! Just saying! Either be to arrogant to realize you need more or wonder why we go to the other side! Have a happy day !

GREAT customer service and they are really cool and subtle when it comes time to close up shop. You can still hangout on the porch and finish your beer after they close everything up. Domestic beers abt $4 each and $5 for an average plastic up of wine. Chill place to hang out before a show at Gruene Hall. And yes, they do have restrooms.

Prices are high. $12 for a plate with 3 SMALL slices of cheese, 12 crackers, and about 1/8 of a summer sausage sliced. Plates are supposed to have grapes too but they ran out. No change of price when they run out of something and dont put it on your plate.some of the wines you can find in heb for cheaper.

Esposa and I have been to The Grapevine several times during day trips from San Antonio to beautiful Gruene. Its a nice, relaxing Texas Hill Country rustic place to stand and sample wine for free or purchase a bottle and enjoy a shaded table on the porch or under the trees. Cheers!

This place was awesome really nice, wine was wonderful enviorment was perfect for my family and I the only thing that I didnt like was as soon as my husband and I walked in with my family we didnt get the help the others were?They over looked us had to almost demand for help.

Did a small wine tasting and enjoyed every bit of it. Their wines are amazing, but a little expensive. Had to buy a few bottles. Love the outside garden, picnicking arts were you can sit and enjoined done food and wine. Will definitely come back here again.

The outdoor patio is great to relax and enjoy your favorite Texas wine or beer. If your used to big bold wines look elsewhere. Texas wines are good and there are some excellent choices just takes trial and error and the best part the tastings are free!

Enjoyed tastes of three different wines. The staff was specific about what to expect (gets sweeter down the menu, drier up the menu, etc.) and we all enjoyed a wonderful beginning to the evening. The staff was good- no complaints.

I live over an hour away and i make the trip at least once a month. The atmosphere is wonderful and the selection is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great place in a great town.

Good wines, staff so busy they forget to be friendly. They seem like they really dont want to be there. I like their outdoor sitting area. A bit expensive but some ones are worth the price.

This place has become a staple for our yearly visit to New Braunfels. The staff is knowledgeable and the atmosphere outside is great. Its a great way to spend a quiet evening.
