Well, I was greatly disappointed when I ate here. I honestly cant see anyone giving this place a 5 star review unless they got lucky with a good wait person and they only ordered drinks. While the wings are said to be fresh and not frozen, practically everything else is frozen. The onion rings, fried pickles, fries, all frozen. As far as the customer service, our waitress was Dee. If you get her, ask for someone else. After ordering our drinks, she disappeared for almost 15 minutes. She obviously forgot about us. When I did receive the fried pickles I ordered, she did not bring any ranch which the menu says the fried pickles comes with; I had to ask for it. My wife ordered 5 wings and was given 10. Being too nice to say anything, my wife kept quiet while I didnt notice until she was almost done eating. My wife honestly believed that she was accidentally given extra, but we were charged for 10 wings. When I finished my diet Coke, I asked for a refill. The waitress took my glass away and never returned. Another waitress came by and I stopped her to ask if she could bring me another diet Coke since our waitress never brought mine back. I guess I shouldnt have been surprised that I was brought a regular Coke. At least my burger was ok. The onion rings were obviously frozen. So to sum up. The service SUCKED. The food was decent, but nothing special. I doubt I will go there again, but I just may to meet up with a friend or something. But not if the choice is mine.

Absolutely WORST experience EVER at a BWs!! 7 minutes to get a beer. Had to ask for a menu. Never got the server/ bartenders name. (BIG NO NO!) 2 others seated AFTER me had their orders taken. Took 19 minutes to get order placed. When arrived,.. it was WRONG! Had to ask AGAIN for silverware. And this was After the server saying there would be No Problem because they had hardly no one in the establishment. Manager came over (Im assuming? Because I was never given her name or title) to make things right. And brought me something COMPLETELY different from my order. Saying "We do not currently have what you ordered so just eat this instead". WHAT!!?? SERIOUSLY!!?? No... "Im sorry sir we do not have what you ordered. Would you like to pick something else"? And then had the audacity to say she could bring me another "something else" I did not order. Nor would I like. So again,... Worst! WORST! Absolutely the WORST experience EVER!! Date and time was June 18th @ about 3:50. So whoever was working the bar and managing, needs to FIRED!!

The bartender Leannette sucks! My and my husband went in and all the idiot do is entertained my husband and have him her # when I went to the restroom. My husband mentioned she was HIGH! If an employee is like what should every wife do? Worry? And being HIGH at work? I thought they had some kind of standards of employees? Dont they think its a hazard to the company? They should have her do a random drug test! She have him 4 free beers! Isnt there a limit to how many anyone drinks? Especially free drinks? I thought management would do something? I will never go there again! Especially with my husband! Wives WATCH OUT for this girl. She must be a prostitute after hours. Very very disappointed with the bartender. Im still trying to get a hold of the district or general manager about this so called BARTENDER

First and foremost they still allow smoking in the restaurant! Their customer service at this location lacks total professionalism!! There were about a little over a handful of patrons in the bar area when we arrived. I asked if they could change the big screen to the Longhorn game. Mike the the bartender asked Crystal if he could change the channel and very rudely she replied NO! No we cant other customers are watching the Auburn game. Then to top things off we had to rush thru our meal because we would be charged extra for the UFC fight! Buffalo Wild Wings in McAllen is one place we will mot be returning to!!!!

I experienced overt racism being white at this Buffalo Wild Wings. It is blatantly obvious when the Mexican bartender on a Tuesday wing night would wait on the person my right who was Mexican before me when I was there five minutes longer and got her food before mine and the family who placed a carry out order 15 minutes later after they finished their meal, go their food before mine. Not just that, I had to asked for a refill on my tea and she said, she was busy. She got no tip as I got my meal comp. However, the next time I came in, I had to get the manager to get severed because, the bartender bad mouth me.

Went on a Thursday around 7 pm to see the last quarter of the Texas A&M game. It was packed, however we were here for almost two hours and the place stopped being packed after the game ended. Zo the last hour or more the place was half empty, but the service was still slow. We waited 30 min per drink order, an hour for our food, and another 30 min for the bill. Service was terrible. Then the bills were not right even after the waitress went over it with us and wrote it all down. I will not be returning.

I was short 4 wings for the 2nd time. When this happens is when I order to go. Its not a lot but its the 2nd time this happens! Spoke with a Manager and he passed me back with the cashier like it didnt even matter. I want what I pay for, simple as that. Very disappointed. They did offer 8 wings on them but that doesnt resolve the problem if someone is intentionally doing this. Either Manager is on this or someone in the kitchen. People count your wings.

The waitress said happy hour started at 2 pm and when I paid it was 2:30 pm. I should get happy hour pricing right? Well I was charged regular price and after I pointed out the mistake she simply denied it. Happy hour doesnt exist here so dont come for cheap drinks.

Tried the new tater tots. I really didnt like them so I didnt finish them. My wife ordered the vegetable celery sticks and carrots and the celery was slimy. told the waitress she said probably because they were frozen. Sorry not a good enough answer for me..

5 minutes waited at bar area. Managers and waiters walked right past my wife and I. I spoke to manager and he acted like he was lost. He quickly looked for someone to blame. I just walked out. Will advise family and friends not to waste there time there.

We reserved the patio for a group of about 30 people. Wings were great but the service was horrible. 30-45 minutes wait for a drink 1 1/2- to 2 hours for wings. Some people left and never received their order. Next time we will take our party elsewhere.

I LOOOVVVEEE this location, the waitress I always get sees me come in and inputs my order right away. Takes about 2 minutes after I take a seat and BAAMM my order is out. AWESOME. I come here at least 2 to 3 time a week for lunch. GREAT SERVICE.
