The good was ok.... the fries had alot of black on them as if they were rotten. Jaden on the front counter got upset because I requested 2 thighs instead of 2 legs with my 3 piece order that when i asked for an extra plate she practically thru utt in the counter and said thanks with an attitude! The manager was very apologetic but it still ruined my dining experience there especially because it was my first time dining there. Was offered a slice of pie and the picture will show you what i received! Disappointed!!!

Bill Miller is decent bbq and they are fast. They have gone way up on the prices in the past 8 years and the value/to cost ratio is not what it used to be. Not entirely their fault though. With rising insurance costs due to government run health care, many businesses have been forced to raise their prices. You can thank Barack Hussein Obama for the higher priced bbq. Bill Millers will always be one of my local favorites though. Buy local

After living in CO for 8 years my hubby and I were excited to move back to TX where the good bar-b-q is. Too bad that isnt at Bill Miller. I had seen the Bill Miller restaurants all over San Antonio so I figured it had to be somewhat good. The sauce tasted like ketchup and there was nothing special about the food. It didnt help that the girls behind the counter were not very courteous. Wont eat at another Bill Millers ever again.

Ordered sausage and brisket plate to go. Portions were very small and for some reason, they took it apon themselves to smother the meats with "barbecue " sauce. The sauce tasted like a very sweet ketchup. The food wasnt bad, but definitely would have preferred giving me the option of saice or not. That was all I tasted. Portions of sides were very small too. A little overpriced for what I received

Taking too long to fill an an order is one thing, but having to put up with a smart-mouthed cashier is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the manger on duty couldnt care less. Corporate needs to reassess and replace personnel in this store. Hire some people that care.

My breakfast tacos were missing when we ordered a large order. I called and spoke to the Manager and she was so sweet. When I arrived, the ladies were so sweet!!!! I actually left feeling great vs having a chip on my shoulder for missing food.

There are only 2 things I order. Chopped bbq sandwich or Salad delite w/turkey and Italian dressing. Nothing else. Their fries changed. Dont like. Toast the buns please. I like the rye bread also. Other than that, I keep coming. Lol

Fast service, friendly staff, great food, and ample parking. A little more attention to the cleanliness of the dining room (window ledge had old food in them) would make this location a 5 stat.

Terrible food. Inedible! Ordered the #7. Food tastes like it came out of a can. Couldnt even eat half of my sandwich. Bbq sauce was watery and tasted terrible! Do NOT eat here!!!

Fun atmosphere and great pizza, gelato and desserts. Nice outdoor seating, wine and beer available too. Im not celiac but am gluten sensitive and can eat their pizza.

Sausage at HEB would have tasted better. Tea was a little too watery, like not enough tea. Their brisket was ok, but I doubt I will go back.
