I recently use Bill Miller drive thru and ordered a chicken burger set and it was horrible taste. The burger was socked and it had only chicken and two piece pickle. after finishing to get my food at window and I turn right to go to starbuck I hit something on my right side of the tire. I didnt realize there was extremely high stacking lane right end of the drive thru lane. The drive thru window and the end of drive thru zone is too close and the driver easily can run over the lane. I already saw a lot of skid marks on the top of the staking lane. My black sedan run over the lane and scratched all the way of right side of my car. I took the photos of my car damages and the road. I reported the incident to the manager and she gave a headquarter phone number. I got a call from the person in charge( Stacie Huser) in Bill Miller corporation and she was extremely rude and hung up the phone while I was talking. It was very discreminated to do that to me. I will spread this bad experience to every media to let people know and talk to my lawyer. Dont go to Bill Miller BBQ. They dont care about customer.I

This location specializes in poor service. I know that one cant expect 5 star service at what essentially amounts to a fast food establishment but this Bill Millers misses on the most basic fronts. Want a little Bill Miller breakfast on a Saturday morning? Not so much. I would think that Saturday morning would be a busy time for folks to eat out and thus you would think the restaurant would have basic breakfast items stocked. Nope! I went to order on a Saturday morning and was asked to come back later because they were out of food! Interested in a breakfast on Sunday morning? Not so much. They dont even open until 8:00 a.m. This also seems like poor practice as they are surrounded by competitors who are open not to mention just up the road places like Cracker Barrel open up in the six oclock hour and their food far exceeds Bill Millers. Save yourself the time and headaches, go anywhere but here.

I have gone to this Bill Millers on several occasions and they have most of the time cant seem to get my order right. Dont get me wrong, the food is great, its the service of the staff that needs more training This Bill Millers has a constant bad habit of forgetting things in the order and today 05/27, I ordered some breakfast tacos and they left a taco out. If you go to this Bill Millers, check your order so it will save you some time and effort on not having to drive back so that they can get the order right.

Ordered 10 piece family order got to work the chicken was dry and the chicken crust fell apart called the store lady manager said bring it back and i told her i was at work she said theres nothing i can do Im like really you want me to leave work because your chicken was crappy again she said theres nothing i can do what kind of customer service does bill millers run will be going to their competitor bushs chicken Im sure they dont care if 1 customer switches its not like they will be going bankrupt...

Every time I go they forget something major. We try to check our order before we leave, but last time they forgot to give me a half chicken. They asked if I wanted to drive all the way back for it, but at that point my kids were cooking Ramen Noodles instead. I keep going back for more hoping they will get it right, but so far they continue to disapoint.

I go here because of convenience but lately its becoming more of a problem . Food is dry like its been out . The last two times I was given incorrect change in drive through and have to go inside and wait till they figure it out defeats the drive thru huh? Sometimes its good sometimes its horrible depends who is working its like flipping a coin

At drive through when they dont hear me they say "Im so sorry for that can you repeat the first part of your order" at window they say "thank you for your business, have a great day!" and not only do they have great customer service, they are fast moving at drive through and food is very delicious! Breakfast ends at 12pm on weekends!

Love this place the food is amazing they are quick and very friendly it does get busy very quickly but everything is kept very clean one of my favorite bill Millers in San Antonio I would recommend this location if your visiting San Antonio or even if you live here and have never been to this location you wont be disappointed

I just had the worst burnt dried up fried chicken ever .. Definitely do not recommend this place . As for your manager Ms Pena totally disinterested about how her restaurant is providing burnt food .. Will I be returning .. Hell no.. I will be making my way down to bush's chicken next time

Today may 21st 2017 food was ok staff didnt listen too well to our request..ordered poboy w extra lean but came extra fat .. wife ordered chicken delight w chicken on side they instead put on the salad other than that the rest was fine..

Ive had breakfast here a few times. I can always count on good tacos and platters. I havent had lunch or dinner from this location but Id imagine it is the same as other locations. The staff is fairly pleasant but not overly friendly.

Not impressed at all. The chicken strips were bland. They didnt have any seasoning on them. The bbq sauce wasnt any good either. My kids said they wouldve preferred to eat at home. Our order was also wrong . We will not be back.

I love bill millers just not this one, they have gotten my order wrong, food doesnt taste as good as the one out in Floresville. The manger that was "taking care of my free meal" was rude and didnt even give me a tea to drink.

Love their sweet tea and their salads very good,the breakfast tacos are the best. If you are in a hurry this is the place for you ,but dont use the drive thru they have a reputation of hiding it behind bushes.

Food and country atmosphere are great but the best part was the speed of the food! I went with a large group and nearly everyone of us had our meal before we even got our change & receipt from the cashier

been a while since i have eaten at any of them as there just not clean, there employees need to WEAR GLOVES there is a lot of kids working there and not to be like that but kids will act like kids.

Very disappointed. Used to be excellent but dont get much for what you pay for. Brisket was tough and tasteless. They need to get their act together. Tables were not even cleaned off.
