Very bad customer service. Called on 11/15/2015 to get the Deep Deep Dish pizza for $6.00 each. Young woman who answered the phone said they were out of dough for the deep deep dish pizza. How strange? She said, I could call back today, 11/16/15 and get the deep deep dish pizza and they would give me the same price even though the special ended on 11/15/2015. Yeah.....Im gullible. I called today and the young lady on the phone said I could NOT get the same deal since it ended yesterday and wanted to know the name of the person I spoke to. Dont they know who was answering their phones yesterday at 6 pm? While I was talking to the young lady on the phone she just put the phone down and got the manager. I was not angry and was not being rude. I was just explaining the situation. How rude is it to just to put the phone down while someone is talking? Shouldnt you let a person know you are getting the manager? Where is the phone etiquette? When the manager came to the phone he was very polite and apologized and said he had just taken over management and has only been there for three days. I hope he is able to make considerable changes especially in the way people who represent their business answer and interact with phone customers. Meanwhile, I will be buying my pizza elsewhere.

On 12/2/15 at 5pm service (or lack-there-of) was horrible! Very unprofessional, two cashiers were talking about an ex-employee who was fired and why. Complained about current employees, how they were doing nothing and being rude to them. Those cashiers werent doing much either. One was counting till at the register(?). All of this happened in front of 10 customers including myself. No other register was opened to help the flow of customers. No hot-n-ready pizzas. My called ahead order was not completed. Phone rang for an extended amount of time. And there were 8 employees in the store. Several customers walked out. Dont think Ill walk back in!

Complete incompetence flowed freely as usual just like the last time I tried to get a simple one pizza order. Luckily I didnt allow them to waste anymore of my time and demanded a refund. The girl wasnt even putting the orders in as the guy next to her was giving away pizzas that could of easily went to the people that had been waiting for the same kind. Never again this place is horrible.

I just called up there to place my order and this girl answers completely rude the whole time "is that all" "AND" is all i got I couldnt take any more of it so I just told her to cancel the order and I went somewhere else

Decent customer service. The pizza was very poorly made. Some slices, half of the slice was the crust. Some didnt have any crust. Some crust was extremely hard. Too hard to bite. Hardly any cheese
