Customer service is sub par. I ordered two pizzas for delivery via phone. We tried to order online but it says we lived outside of the delivery area (our home is less than 3 miles away from the creekside location). So the order was called in at 5:37 and arrived roughly at 6:30, with a completely wrong order. I hand wrote the order for the driver to take back and let him take the wrong pizzas back with him. So he returns at 7:17 with pizzas and tokens for free pizzas next time. There is a 92.6% chance there will not be a next time, and Im sure the management realized this so they presented an empty gesture as an apology for our inconvenience due to their lack of detail and attention. Seriously? If youre going to offer free pizzas why not refund my $25.70 for these pizzas I received an hour and 40 minutes after ordering. By the way it was awesome telling my 8 month pregnant wife that she could not have her pizza when the driver arrived the first time. Thanks for that experience!!!

Nothing special but is highly priced... Many better pizza selections in the area for your money and most places have friendlier staff who appreciate their customers. We have tried eating Urban Pizza in NB 2 separate times. First time we waited over 1 hour for the pizza (restaurant was not busy). Taste was good but not sure if its worth the price tag. The second time, we waited over 2 hours for our meal only to find out it was incorrect. The manager on site was not friendly at all when we asked for the bill to be updated and remove food that was not delivered to us. He was very rude and made it a point to take his time adjusting our bill. As avid pizza fans, we have been very disappointed in service here.

We had an awesome experience dining at the Creekside location yesterday. My fiance is celiac and wanted a gluten free pizza. From the moment he ordered every effort was made to avoid cross contamination and he was never made to feel it was an inconvenience. It was our first time there and everyone working made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I fee like we were there during a slow period but the dining area was very clean. My fiance really enjoyed his gluten free crust. We had 2 other pizzas as well on original crusts. The toppings were fresh and delicious. We had such a great experience with the pizza we also ordered gelato. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed. I ordered 2 pizzas online at 7:12pm and arrived to pick it up at 7:30. They said they were still working on it. I was patiently waiting. Still waiting, at about 7:50 a guy walking in and said he had called in an order. One of the employees said I just got the order, one moment. He then got his pizza 10 mins later. I watched at least 2 people order and get their pizzas while I was sitting there. Finally, at 8:10pm I asked about my order. It had been sitting on the rack. They cut it and said sorry for the wait and gave it to me. Without the drizzles that I ordered. I love urban bricks pizza, but I did not enjoy my experience.

I used to love the place but service and food has went down. The girl put very little salad in my container then I watched her make my pizza. She put pizza sauce and ingredients only in the middle. I will attach a picture. Then I stood at the cash register for 10 mins and watched employee after employee just look at me. Finally someone came to the cash register and she looked at the salad and said oh there isnt very much salad in here let me get more. I told her she needs to check my pizza because the girl only put sauce in the middle. She just laugh and went to get more salad. Then I finally paid. Here is a pic of my pizza.

Will not return. Environment is stale and the metal halide lamps are so extremely bright that it feels like an interrogation room. So we went outside to get away from the madness, and the guy comes alllll the way to our table to tell us we can go inside to get our meal. Instead of just BRINGING IT! Really? And the lovely woman who served our beers at initial ordering, put her hands all over the mouth of the glasses, after typing on the register. And told us to make sure we bring her the glasses back. I mean, WTF, for $40.00. Terrible in every way. The pizza is nothing special, either.

Ate here for the first time this evening after hearing good things. We were not disappointed. Prices were good (less than $9 for a build your own or a specialty pizza), service was very friendly and helpful. I had pepperoni, Canadian bacon, bacon, Italian sausage, bell peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, and the standard red sauce on a white crust. The pizza was very good and ingredients fresh. 1 pizza could probably feed two folks, but 1 person could polish it off if hungry enough (raises hand). I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

If I could give negative stars for service I would. I ordered online and when the pick up time came I walked in they had not even started to prepare it. When I told them they looked at the ticket and didnt start making it, just continued on working. I told the manager and didnt seem to care at all. Finally 30 min after my pick up time had passed they finally made it... Very disappointed, never going there again, will never recommend it.

Best pizza in town. The pizza making process resembles a subway sandwich. They make it in front of you as you choose what you want. They have beer and wine. We had a small issue with a burnt crust (one out of 5 pizzas) not a big deal at all. Manager handled it quickly and professionally. Not much more you could ask from a restaurant. If you live in New Braunfels or you are visiting... this place is worth visiting for lunch or dinner.

Costumer service suck soooooo soooooo bad. Stood there like an idiot, waiting to order, the two workers didnt bother to greet me or say how can I help you, I was like uuuuugh how do I order? The sign says "order here" yet nobody to take order, oh let me mention the place was not busy. No receipt was given, pizza was not prepared when ordered, place was dirty...... I so cheated on DOMINO PIZZA & regret it...

The food was good but the staff was disorganized. They ran out of chicken during dinner rush and kept alternating between having more in a few minutes vs being a while for it to defrost. This was mentioned after my wife ordered a chicken pizza and went to sit down. The hand washing area was out of paper towels. A tray fell on the ground and was put back into use rather than being set aside to be washed.

Well it was kinda confusing as we entered, staff was very helpful and very friendly. The pies were inconsistent with the topping, we oredered the same pie and after eating we noticed But they were both good.... the pints were pretty kool have this hole at the bottom if the pint glass and a magnet sealed the beer and afterwards u get to keep the magnet...never had prizes in my beer before
