Have to give fout stars on customer service. My family been coming here for years since moving from Dallas . But I did have a little issue with the pizza yesterday. Deep disha and one hot ready , first went through the drive through and employee up saled me to deep dish saying its fresh out.no wait ..and.meal deal ,when I.got home to realize the pizza was hard and cold .. Well that was a first and talked with the manger who was real respectfull and is re doing our order thanks little cesar and staff for keeping great service.. My sister celia thanks as well

I had previously gone about a month ago to order a deep dish pizza and used 2 cards to pay for it and was charged 3 times on one and once on the other. I went today to buy one of their deep dish pizzas today and mentioned it to the manager which by the way had just got the store yesterday i believe he said. His name is Daniel Salazar he understood our situation and took the blame for the previous manager or employee and went ahead and honored the extra charge and gave us 2 large pizzas. Thanks for the pizza and for having great customer service.

terrible service...pizza is NEVER ready sometimes not made right. Employees are always talking n laughing with each other before attending customers that either drive up or walk in. ive made a couple complaints to the main office and yet to see any improvement from this one store. Worst customer service than any other company ever. if anyone goes to this store u will b told to wait 15 mins but end up waiting a lot longer.

I called to place an order, the guy on the Fone was really unprofessional he kept saying "yeah" didnt take my order properly had to repeat myself over and over, then I showed up and my order wasnt ready no one had even written down my order. I was asked to wait "10" mins and Im still out here waiting. Horrible service this isnt the first time this has happened someone needs to look into this place

Horrible we waited bout 15 mins for our pizza then when we got it our pizza toppings were only on one side when I told the cashier he said he would fix it so we waited another 10 mins and the pizza barley had any pepperoni so I just asked him for my money back he didnt even apologize too make matters worst will never go back to this store again

Horrible customer service from the employees and rude management run this place. Hot and Ready Pizzas are suppose to be fast, heck they told me even a custom pizza order would only take about 8 mins, but yet I waited there for over 20 mins and still no pizza? I guess maybe if I was Hispanic I would have gotten better service?

Couldnt get a pizza on friday night! A "Hot And Ready" pizza at that. No, My option was to wait "20-30"minutes or so. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT... Unacceptable! Employees were unprofessional and unorganized. Management needs to step up.

Found hair in my pizza. Took it back only to find another hair under the cheese and sauce. I went ahead and got my money back. Employees there DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS. DISGUSTING to see them preparing it.
