I would give this place a perfect score cause the people up front where up order your food were totally awesome. But thats where it ended, our waitress totally sucked, like put the S in sucked. She made it feel like we were a burden to her cause we were there eating. She would come over and almost just throw our food at us. She didnt even have the courtesy to place it down and take other dishes away. When we asked her for more bowls cause we got dessert she said it wood take her a whole cause she would have to wash them. So if u get a tall, long haired, blonde waitress, ask for another table or staff. She is a rude piece of crap. However, the establishment in itself was an awesome experience except for the waitress. Word to the waitress, if you dont like your job then fking quit and do something else, the food business is not for you neither is customer service.

Best pizza we ever had - everyone at the table said that!!!! I hadnt seen my best friend in over a year and wanted to take her to the perfect place for lunch. I succeeded! The owners are wonderful, personable and courteous. They went above and beyond to give excellent service even though you order at the counter, their customer service makes you feel like you are at a sit down restaurant! The pizza was amazing! We ordered the Veggie pizza, a cheese and a pepperoni. The crust was golden brown and soft. The cheese was fresh and the sauce was out of this world! We live in Bulverde and will definitely drive 30 minutes again for this pizza. Thank you to the owners and their staff for making my day with my friend so memorable!

We were in the area for the week and usually do an annual trip to the area. We usually have our go-to places in town, but had never been here before. Decided to try them and this is our new favorite in town. The food is amazing (wish we had this good of pizza in Dallas). But I was especially impressed with the service! The owner/manager is the friendliest lady, and makes you feel like a regular every time. We came here twice during our trip. The second time we placed a pretty large order and they said it would take an hour (totally reasonable). 15 minutes later they called and the food was done. This is now an annual must for our group.

Such YUMMY pizzas (I love the mac n cheese pie) but the most outstanding atribute is ANNETTE! I dont know where she stands as far as title because this amazing woman has her hands in all of the hats! Front of house, back in the kitchen area- either way.. I will always be back and recommend this place not only for the delicious pizza (get there before 8 on weekends to ensure a good seat) but jeez their staff... Annette especially make you feel like youre eating at her personal kitchen. Love Undergound and love Annette!

Delicious pizza! We got the mac and cheese, vegetarian, and margarita with added prosciutto. The quality of the crust was excellent, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The vegetarian was the best of this style Ive ever had! Will definitely be returning for carry out again, and Id like to visit and dine in to get some beer off of their nice little tap list. Update 6/9/17: this is my new favorite pizza place in New Braunfels. Ive been here several times now and the food is always top notch.

Best pizza in New Braunfels and anywhere in my opinion.My wife and I frequent this pizza joint once a week if not twice. I have eaten just about everything on their menu and everything is delicious. The owners are wonderful and fun to talk to plus they make some excellent food. Not to mention they have a nice selection of beers and wines. I am glad we get the benefit of have such an awesome restaurant right here in our little town of New Braunfels. Thanks for the great time guys!!!

Awesome!!! Driving on I-35 looking for a good food place not just fast food. Stopped in,was greeted with a smile, and even given samples of the newest ales to help me decided on drink choice. Recommend to anyone. My wife also said that places that are lil hole in wall, tucked in the corner, local hangouts are the best places to go. I guess even in a review i have to admit my wife was right.

Ah-mazing. My wife and I are kinda picky about pizza and usually prefer to make our own at home, but Codies Primal Pie was ridiculously fantastic. I have never tasted a pizza crust that was so delicious and flavorful yet also light and airy. The whole experience was top-notch: great, funky atmosphere; friendly staff; tasty, local brews; and fantastic food. We cant wait to come back!!!

Funky, fun, friendly, and excellent food. Staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. It felt kind of like Cheers and it was only my first time. There are no strangers here, just south Texas friendly. Cool ambience. Try the Meatball Bake Special; where has that dish been all my life? The biggest surprise- best caesar salad Ive ever had. Pride of ownership definitely shows.

Probably the best pizza Ive had - ever. The veggie lovers was amazing. The Mac N Cheese was great along with the bread pudding. Im not easy to impress especially with pizza but I was unexpectedly impressed by this place. Also, much to my wifes amusement, I was surprised that this place was literally underground. Great local beer and the staff was delightfully nice.

Great staff every time I travel close to new braunfels I try to stop here. Their pizzas are unconventional as is the owner of this small pizzeria but it fits its style. Its a very unique place with amazing food. And if its your first time ask the staff for recommendations and dont ve afraid to try a different type of pizza they are all very good.

This place never ceases to amaze me! A little more than I normally would pay for pizza but it is so worth it! This is our 3rd trip after the river tradition that we started & have tried something different everytime we come. I have not put a single thing in my mouth that didnt taste absolutely delicious! Thanks guys for great food & service!

If there were more stars I would give them. This is a really cool Pizza Joint but its a bit hidden. I come here for lunch as I work close by and they have great lunch specials. Im a big fan of their meatballs and Caesar salad. If youre in the area do try this place. If youre floating the river and decide youre hungry their Pizza is fantastic!

Order blackened chicken with raspberry, horseradish sauce, 1/2 sausage cheese pizza & 1/2 creamy garlic, pitcher of beer. Total $43 & change. Great service, nice atmosphere, live band was too loud for room size but descent. Food was disgusting. I was excited based on previous reviews. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend.

My family and I came here for lunch around 11:45 and there was barely a wait. We ordered pizza, salads, and Mac and cheese for the kids. The salad had a wonderful pickled onion to die for, the pizza was fresh and perfectly cooked, and the mac and cheese was also excellent! We will definitely return with empty stomachs.
