My wife and I have been semi-reglar customers at Lone Star in MIssion for several years. The previous time we were there, you were serving sliders and we understood that this would be a regular on the menu. On Wednesday, September 12 we decided to stop and get sliders only to find that you are not serving them. Since it was Wednesday, we could get a pork loin sandwich which is my favorite and only available on Wednesdays only to find that it was not available. This did not sit well but we ordered to barbecue sandwiches with a side order of french fries. We got the sandwiches but not the french fries. Overall, what was usually a good experience became a bad experience and it will probably be a while before we try your restaurant again. I think the sliders was a good idea and knowing that you serve pork loin on Wednesday only (but at least we could depend on it) was also a good idea. I have recommended your restaurant to several people because of the slider addition and the pork loin on Wednesday but now will have to retract my recommendation. Sorry.

The service provided by Lone Star Bar-B-Q has been one of my horrible experiences in customer service ever! For starters, isnt it a requirement to provide the client a receipt at all businesses??? I didnt get any type of receipt until I actually asked for one. The response to the employee attending orders was "How come you didnt ask for a receipt?" I was shocked to see a very un-welcomed environment... ONLY reason Ill go back is because the Food is so Good. Other than that work on your Customer Service first!

Visited the Mission location on a recent trip 06/14, loved their Loaded Baked Potato!!!! Staff was wonderful and the Manager on staff Olga T. was friendly and very well informed of their products and prices. Made several recommendations of different foods to try. Will be stopping by again when in the area!!!!

Great fun! Great food and singing! Need to not run out of pulled pork. Wonderful sour dough buns. Great job done by South Texas Karaoke! Good friends, good food and good music, what more can you ask for??

The Q is consistently yummy and the fried catfish is excellent also. Its not fancy, but what it lacks in atmosphere, it more than makes up for in price and quality. We eat there almost once a week.
