I have to put a star so i can write a review but this place needs to be shut down and never sell food to public again! My husband took 2 deer for processing and got back over a 100lbs of ground meat, dried sausage and back -strap. The back-strap had deer hair on it but able to rinse off before cooking. The ground meat had deer hair and tiny patchs of skin with deer hair on it thru out the meat in every package i opened to cook. I showed my husband and he took meat back, talked to Mike Schwab and he called him a liar said no hair in the meat. A couple days later the sausage went back and Mike Schwab said he sold the ground meat!!!! Who ever bought the MEAT i hope you see this review!! NEVER USE SCHWAB BBQ FOR NO OCCASION , PROCESSING OR TO EAT!!!!!!!

This place sux.. We got to bbq burgers, teas and a funnel cake.. The burgers smelled great but tasted horrible and way to sweet and hard. The teas taste like water with some tea, the funnel cake had way way to much poweder sugar and way hard and after eatting the burger and a few bits of the funnel cake, i got sick( puking sick) that sux so much... I will never eat there again and dont recommend anyone else to eat there as well

This is a real mom and pop place. The food is great and made right there. Very small town just the way I like my local places. You can get a whole plate of food for what rudys or the other big chain BBQ places charge for just a chop beef sandwich. Go there and try it. Support our local business owners

Didnt even get a chance to eat there. Was meeting friends for lunch and was quietly told not to bother that bbq was terrible! I trust this persons opinion regarding bbq explicitly. Too bad, I was starving! Went to schoebels and enjoyed a great lunch. My friends werent hungry,but they were jealous!

Not sure how this place got such high ratings. The food was ok at best, wish I had taken a picture of it. Not going to lie I was a little concerned about the sanitation of this place. The place where they kept the ice and the restroom were pretty unkept to say the least. Would not go back.

The brisket and sausage were amazing! We lost our caterer a week before the wedding, and these guys saved the day! Not only is the bbq great, but they saved us nearly $300 on food! Way too much for the wedding, but the leftovers found several homes! Thank yall!!!!

went to a birthday party last night that Schwabs catered to. It was the best Brisket dinner in all of Texas!!! I especially loved the potatoe salad. I sent hubby out there to pick up another plate for me this morning. :)

Got there early after a run around 9:30. Brisket and sausage were good. Waited till 10:45 to get a sample of the ribs. The price was really reasonable. The Brisket was the best of the 3 meats I sampled.

Friendly people good food! We always use them to season, cook, and slice our briskets for family events! Theyre wonderful and reasonably priced. Good customer service here
