I decided to stop by for frappuccino happy hour last week... bad idea. I asked for a tall a grande and a venti. I got them all grande. Ive had issues at this location. They dont seem to be all on the same page and one of my fraps tasted like the mocha was spoiled. I know this because I used to be a barista the mocha has a sour different taste after its shelf life. I think this store might need better management because there were like 5 people in the back relaxing while there was a line and people waiting... I understand that sometimes people get off at a certain time and are so tired to drive home right away that you just hang out in the back but these baristas were still wearing their aprons.

Im going be honest, the new cashier (latina looking girl with ombre hair, black and brown, kinda new, maybe on training, her name started with a y and 3 or 4 letters name, didnt get her name) was a little rude interrupting me when I was trying to explain how I wanted my drink. Yes she knows more about the types of coffees, but you do not interrupt your customers when theyre talking, thats just rude. Even with the previous customers before me, I could see how she was giving a plain arrogant customer service. The white gentleman tall, white thin was was and kind same as the barista.

Be prepared to wait, even if there is only a handful of people and it is not busy. The baristas have never heard of the word hustle, they just take their sweet time no matter how busy or slow it is, they are too busy having a conversation to bother with you order in a timely manner. Seriously 10 minutes for a simple latte.... Will be going out of my way to go to another Starbucks if ever at all again.

Staff stands around and doesnt make drinks. There are 5 staff people here and no one working. Huge line and not one drink has come out. When they finally made the drink 10 minutes later, I was the first person in line by the way, they spilled it on the counter and just left. If you wanna job where youre rude and dont work, try this starbucks!

I loved this place so much but a week ago. My Friends and I went their to grab coffee and idk what or how but we all got extremely sick later the day after drinking the coffees ( the coffee did not taste good either). Disappointed because I have always been going to Starbucks but just that day was not the day!

Ordered ice green tea. Paid for it waited 15 min to find out they ran out of green tea, was told to wait for more tea settled for another tea. Theyre unorganized, not staffed properly, they grab you money upfront therefore you screwed, if they do not have what you ordered.

I came here on a FRIDAY NIGHT. There was only ONE person taking orders, and only ONE person making drinks, while the other workers were cleaning & standing around. I waited 20 minutes for ONE drink. Thank goodness it was delicious. Not 20 minutes delicious, however.

This location is good, but can get busy tho. Over the years Ive seen many faces, but mostly been nice. My only complaint is that theyre always out of the sausage cheddar biscuit. And as for Every location, the ice teas have been tasting too watered down lately.

They were slow having multiple customers waiting. I ordered a cold brew and I was with some that ordered a frap. Tell me why the frap came out first and 2 more frap orders and another cold brew order came out all ordered after mine and done before mine.

Terrible place! One of the worst Starbucks locations. It always takes forever to get your drink! Im talking 20-30 minutes or they just forget about it. Its happened so many times before! I cant believe the owner would not come in and see for himself

The service this morning was some of the slowest that I have ever encountered. And I have been to Starbucks ALOT!!!!!!! The employees werent friendly at all and a couple were quite rude. Guess I will go to the one on Pioneer from now on!!!!!!

It was a Sunday and this Starbucks was very busy. These guys were serving up drinks like crazy. My drink order is complicated but these guys made it better than any Starbucks ever has before. They are awesome at this location, Im impressed.

I must say that this is my least favorite location and they stayed true to form today. I placed my order with a yawning cashier and after waiting for more than 10 minutes I cancelled and asked for a refund. The counter is NEVER stocked!

Tbh I love their double chocolate chip frappe, Im not a big coffee drinker since I cant handle it, but this one is just so tasty! I went to the one inside Target and it DOES NOT taste same. LOVEEE THIS LOCATION! And their atmosphere

I ordered three drinks. Got the first one in under 5 minutes, but I had to wait 45 minutes for the other two. By the time I got the other two, my first drink was no good. I have been coming here for a year now. Now Im not going back

Worst wait time in the world. I went in there to get a frappe I waited a whole hour for one frappe! That was made wrongly! Had to take it like that because I wasnt going to wait another hour for them to fix it!

Good Starbucks, nice inside. Good environment for meet-ups or to get some work done out of the home office. They make Starbucks coffee so take that as you will. Overall, clean location. Never problems.

The service was awful. The barista could not hear my order after I repeated it at least four times. She looked annoyed. She got my name wrong. And, she got me the wrong size.
