DO NOT PURCHASE the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo!!! Its a RIP OFF for $9.09 plus tax! You will get 1/4 a serving (IF THAT) in a hugh bowl. Additionally, if you try to call the local store to speak to someone about overpriced purchase concerns, you will be promptly disconnected. If you call their Corporate office to discuss concerns, since the local store will not answer, they promptly dismiss you. I spoke to Dennis who just cavalierly said "Ill pass on your concern" and refused to let me speak to a Manager. He proudly said "Im Dennis, like Dennis the Menace" and would NOT refer my concern for a return call. The Mac and cheese was a close second relative to the amount/price. The black bean soup had no black beans...its was water!!! Unless you have spare money to discard and dont care about service, dont go to Panera!!!

All new. Ordered the steak and white cheddar sandwich as I always do at different locations and it had so much horseradish sauce that I couldnt eat it. I told the manager and she said, "next time ask them to go easy on the sauce." I did not get asked if I wanted it exchanged for another one as thats the right thing to do. They should keep the quality the same no matter how new the employees are. Also, the place was dirty and messy. 5 coffee pots and only coffee in 2 of them. Will not be coming back to this location until that changes. Do not recommend.

Not impressed...the young man helping me was clueless...they had a choice of 3 muffins at 8:30am! And I was charged $2.49 per blueberry muffin and their menu online quotes a price of $2.29. Yes I know its not a huge difference but one or the other needs to be corrected. I was the only one being waited on and my experience was mega slloooowwww! Due to the lack of a smile, energy, training, and food I will not be back. I would rather drive to Einsteins.

Visited this location as its near my home in Firewheel. Service was very, very slow. Customer service was missing. I found the place to be somewhat trashy. Soup was warm and sandwich skimpy on the meat....uggh...I am soooo disappointed as I wanted this place to be a home run. Nothing like the Northpark nor Campbell location. I will give them another chance. Although first impressions are lasting...

Did not have several things on the menu, not because they ran out....they just didnt have it. There is a soup I love thats only available certain days and today is one of those days but no soup. Another time I went they said the same thing then when I questioned them all of a sudden they had it. They had two of the several smoothies. Lady was rude. Bad customer service.

This location has drive thru. Service is great, you are greeted with a smile. They have a espresso machine but Im not sure they know how to use it. The bread is baked everyday. For pastries try the muffies and the almond Napa chicken salad sandwich, they are worth it. Parking can be tricky for breakfast and on weekends.

I just came thru the drive-up window at Panera Bread Firewheel. I ordered Chicken Alfredo pasta and house salad. The pasta was hard as a rock, the dressing to the salad was INSIDE at the bottom of the box of salad and the bread was just loose in the sack. I had to ask for napkins and plastic ware. NOT GOOD

I like healthy good food but the portions for the price you pay for the Togo meals are rediculous. I ordered a goddess salad and opened the box. It was half full I Mena the salad didnt even fill the box half way. I was really disappointed even though the food is good.

I have came to this Panera about three /four times since they opened. They shouldve train their workers better! Poor service will cost them in the long run. I love the Richardson & Mesquite location and I love Panera but their poor customer service just sucks.

I eat here everyday when I am in town. It is nice when you travel you can come back to a location the knows your order and makes you feel right at home. And the food is the same no matter how long I have been gone in my travels. Awesome job House Cafe.

Its a new location, so a few kinks have to be worked out; however, overall this is a location Id visit frequently. The atmosphere is relaxing. Granted the kitchen staff needs to work on quicker turnaround times without sacrificing quality of food.

Staff is hit and miss. Biggest issue with this location is they always screw up the orders. They tell you something in there, you check and its no where to be found. Then theyre shocked when you tell them what they missed.

The place was filthy from the floor to the tables to the restroom; covered in old food. The food took forever to come out and was luke warm. The staff oozes with apathy. There are much better places to eat at Firewheel.
