Placed my order over the phone, I arrived 20-25 minutes early, the girl at register knew I was there waiting, she never notified anyone that I was there waiting on my pizza, then two young men came to thge register I guess they thought I was there just to sit out in the foyer. I asked about my order and the gentleman said yes its ready. What happened to good customer service, the female said oh Im sorry we have been very busy, wrong damn response, she should have attempted to see what and why no one acknowledged why I was just sitting out in the foyer. I said to the young man that checked me out, in order to give good customer service ask the people that just sitting have they been helped or can be help me with something, I can say the young man was very apologetic and addressed me with yes man, hes the only one that seemed truly sincere. Not enough for me to ever patronize this place AGAIN!! I want be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone!!!

Ordered a large king pizza. Arrived 1 hour after ordered. Stood in the rain for 20 minutes after being told it was on its way, Im 5 minutes from them. Pizza was cold and I expected the pizza to have toppings on it for $20. Very disappointed in service, food quality and promptness. Its sad when you can count on one hand, the amount of toppings. 5 pepperoni slices, 4 ham slices, 5-6 sausage crumbles and the bell peppers were a grand total of 3. Two red and 1 yellow one. The crust being cracker thin was thicker than the toppings. I had to eat it because Im a truck driver and starving. I really expected Palios to have a higher standard than Dominos. Oh, and now I have severe stomach cramps. Thanks Palios. Oh, drivers excuse was he had more than one delivery and no way to keep the pizza warm in transit. Now I get my debit card statement and they took the liberty to charge me $5.00 delivery over what I authorized on the credit slip. My business is going elsewhere.

Been here three times since they opened and will be here again. The prices are reasonable and the food is spectacular. The pizza is a thinner type crust but has a good full flavor that can rival top places such as Enos and Grimaldis. It is not as good as Cane Rosso or Cavalis, but its pretty darn tasty. The pasta was also spot on - reminded me of Macaroni Bar & Grill when they were new. They did modify some recipes since they opened - like the alfredo no longer being oven baked with the cheese on top (super sad about that....it made it so very good). But its still good quality (better than Jimmys and slightly better than Villa). Service was great, which is amazing considering the setup doesnt usually require staff people to visit tables (you order upfront and get your own drinks). Definitely recommend the pizza, the pasta is pretty good too. I will be coming back again.

Without food in-hand, the experience is so far, strange. I came late a lunch date and we still waited a good 8 minutes before we got up to order. The menu is confusing, but it could be personal. There are 2 other customers and 9 employees. We are sitting at a booth where brooms are stored in the corner, so 2 young servers came to get them a few times without blinking at us next to them. I hope the food beats all

Used to be really good high quality meats, but its eh now. I dont like the chicken anymore and Im too afraid to order another meat lovers after I had received one with grey Canadian bacon.... Pork is not grey. Other than that, the salads are great, cheesecakes, and the staff is very nice and attentive. Night crew is my favorite crew.

I went for the first time this past Wednesday and absolutely loved the salad and pizza! Everything was so fresh and delicious. This is definitely my favorite place to eat in Midlothian now. Im looking forward to going back soon!

Great pizza. Its not too often you come across places that take the time to make something that is fresh. It seems like many people miss the point that to make something fresh it actually takes a little longer. And thats okay.

They have the best gyros and tzatziki sauce. The pizza and baked ziti is good as well but the lasagna is sweet-tasting and not so good. The workers are always really friendly and they are quick to get the food out.

The Alfredo is really great! I also had coffee and tiramisu which were both awesome. My mom had a stromboli? Idk, those pizza pocket things and she said it was awesome. Everything was a nice size too.

Could not get our pizza correct. It took 4 times before it was correct. We arrived at 5:20 and left at finally got pizza at 615 that was correct. This place used to be really good on sevice.
