4.30 am. Gracias. Oh y si dejé el 20% de tip como quiera.

Went to this location last night (04/05/09) for coffee and dessert... I went to wash my hands in the mens restroom and it was filthy. And I mean filthy, someone pooped on the floor and I stepped in it as soon as I walked in... told one of the guys who works there about it before going outside to try to clean my shoe off. And the only thing the guy had to say was "Oh, no" as in "who cares" and went on about his business. I went outside and called my friend on the cell to pay for her coffee and get out... I didnt feel like having coffee and cake at that crappy place. Ive been to this location and a few others and its not too bad but its not the great place people make it out to be, one step above eating at a roadside taco stand... as far as Im concerned. Will never go there again and will tell my friends to go elsewhere... thanks for nothing.

All of the waiters were clueless when I asked what the endless coffee options were for the day. After 20 minutes of frantically "calling the other Cafe Brazil" to find out they came back and said Iced hot chocolate was the only special. The menu clearly says Bottomless Specialty Coffee 7 options daily.....Im confused to say the least. The loaded frys were average. My chipotle steak and eggs was wet and the veggies were way undercooked. The roasted potatoes were dry as hell. I barely got it down. We also ordered the French toast which wasnt bad. I cant say I didnt expect this with the size of their menu. Theres way too much on it to do it all well, maybe they should downsize to breakfast only to make it better? FYI this is a LGBTQ hang out, dont come to this location if you have a problem with that.

Came here for the first time ever with my boyfriend this evening and I must admit that the menu had such variety and it was really hard to pick what we wanted to eat! I ended up building my own omelette and ordered some hot chocolate as well (kind of chilly outside) and he got a supreme quesadilla. Everything came out quickly and although I feel like the food could have been hotter, it was all quite delicious. Only real downside to our visit was that the service was kind of slow and the server was unattentive, just running all over the place. (We were OFFERED drinks to-go and he completely forgot about us. Not really acceptable considering it was not a busy hour and there was hardly anyone there.) I would definitely like to stop by again next time were in town though. Great prices too, btw.

Came here on a lazy Sunday morning for brunch, having realized most brunch places only have Saturday brunch (curses!). I had been to the cafe brazil in carrolton before, and it was pretty good and average. But this location really seemed to have some character to it, something that made it seem like a cool quaint place. The servers were friendly, the place was decorated in an interesting fashion, and even the people next to us were warm. Maybe it was just a happy day. But either way, it was a cool experience and I enjoyed the food. Nothing out of this world, but definitely above average, as was the environment. And their open hours are definitely a plus. May be back... probably at night. haha.

I wouldnt know how to rate the food in this place because we sat for 45 minutes (never again seeing our server, mind you) without our food coming out. Nevermind the two tables next to us, who arrived 20 minutes after we put our order in, received their food. When we got up to leave, ANOTHER server (who had all HIS customers well in hand) had to tell us, "there was a problem with the pasta." He asked if we wanted it to go, but we politely (it wasnt his fault after all. We werent even in his section, but at least HE gave us some info on the whereabouts of our food since, apparently, our server didnt feel like being bothered with it) declined. Worst. Service. Ever.

This was my second time eating at Cafe Brazil at this location. The food is extremely healthy but very tasty! Portions are of good size for the prices. The wait staff was very friendly and belpful. The menu gave us good selections from breakfast to lunch and on to good dinner selections. The food was clean and very fresh. The service was timely & knew the menu well. The restraunt has been renovated for indoor and covered patio dining off the strip there. Its well kept, clean, and modern. The prices are very moderate w/ a large selection of healthy food available on the menus. This is a quiet comfortable place w/ excellent coffee options.

Let me start by saying you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a place that serves a lot of variety this is it, to the point that you might become overwhelmed. However, I was extremely overjoyed and happy with the food and the customer service. David has to be one of the best waiters I have had in a long time. He was patience, knowledgeable, and courteous. The place was clean, quiet, and the wait for the meal took no time (maybe because it was 12 midnight on a Wednesday). The food portions were nicely sized, priced just right, and tasted great. I have no complaints and suggest you try this place out.
