First off, the comment that says that this place is a frozen-yogurt shop is wrong. Its still a Starbucks. There are a lot of Starbucks to pick from in the area, but this one is definitely one of the best. Theres a really friendly staff who will bend over backwards to make sure your drink is right. One of the most impressive parts, to me, is that they actually put a little effort into the art of making coffee. Dont get me wrong; its still Starbucks. You wont find your classic Italian cappuccino in any of them. Its a company of American coffee decadence. However, you can find a few people here that can get close to a respectable coffee if you ask them too. Best Starbucks in the Dallas Metroplex? Id give it to them.

I come to this location regularly and the service and quality is always great. Once or twice there has been a small mix up with the size I ordered or something. It was always fixed quickly and courteously. I just left a scathing review for another location, so I thought I would let people know that this place it great. Go to this store rather than the one inside of the Barnes and Noble. Way better. The one in B&N isnt terrible, but this one is better.

These guys have gotten better and better throughout the years. When I first came here 7years ago it was a mess. But I think they have a good crew now that keep the place super clean. They are all very friendly. I spent a lot of time here and for to know a lot of the employee. Kudos to the person that did all the good hire.

I never had a problem when I ordered shots and make my own drink. This morning, when I tried this place the staff told me that they support to charge me more if I pull half n half milk in my venti cup to make my own. Well, I paid for venti cup of ice and shots. What??? I never heard that at another starbuck.

Its hard for any Starbucks to be less than 5 stars unless the customer service is inconsistently "5 star". I asked for a large water. I was given a small water with no ice and no lid and no straw. Never have had that happen when Ive asked for a large water at any other Starbucks. Thought it was pretty lazy.

The teenager African American girl had me standing at the cashier because she kept talking to the Caucasian barista after I paid and the guy that made my drink didnt even fill up my frap to the lid. Looked like I ordered a tall in a grande cup.

Very clean for a high traffic sbux. Toilet paper dispenser was messed up but fully stocked which was important because I had an Andy Dwyer moment that required excessive wiping. Sbux androgenous bathrooms never let me down.

The coffee is what youd expect. However some of us like to relax & log-on. Theres no room here. A few tables and fewer outlets. Just grab your coffee and find a more suitable place to connect!

Located convenient to Firewheel on 78. This Starbucks has fast service and ample indoor and outdoor seating. WiFi is good and is a nice respite from shopping at the mall.
