At 6:30pm entered a restaurant with 8 patrons seated and waiting for food. Placed my to go order and proceeded to watch the most disorganized staff Ive ever seen do everything wrong. The counter person and the cook could have been working at different restaurants they were so disconnected. After 30 minutes I asked what happened to my order and was told that because I ordered some fried items it takes longer. (insult to injury my fried items had been sitting in their foam containers for at least 15 minutes by that time) I ended up sitting with another patron that was waiting for their to go food and we had a great discussion about customer service and how so many people seem to lack the sensibilities that make for a positive dining experience. Finally received my food, two entrees and three fried items, after waiting 47 minutes! On the drive home I called the owner and was given some excuse about a party or event that impacted their ability to serve customers. No "please come back and well do better" just excuses! The food was average ,except for the fried items that were cold and wet, but the experience was enough to prompt me to warn folks away from this establishment.

Im new to the area, Ive had pho before. Well the dish I ordered was not satisfying (very sweet) at which I told them. I was told that was my fault for ordering that. I had the chicken pho , I was told I could not get my money back, and there was nothing they could do about it. They would not come out and talk to me because according to the acting manager " they dont feel comfortable talking with customers" so we had to talk through the hostess. Upon calling the actual manager I was told that they would have to throw the food away so theres nothing that could be done. We left the food there and I was out $25.00 Very poor customer service from the manager. Very inconsiderate, all about money and not customer satisfaction.

We have eaten at a lot of Vietnamese restaurants over the years, but this one is definitely at the top of our list overall. We have been there at least 4 different times now and the food is always great and the service is quick and friendly as well. I traveled out of state and had a Banh Mi and some egg rolls and all I could think of is they couldnt compete with Pho Street Cafe. Im glad to be back home where I can get a great Banh Mi. Love this place!

Ok so I went here today and the food was terrible. I only had taken one sip of my soup. So I went To the front and asked for a refund and the acting manager said no and she did not feel like talking to me. So I asked for the real manger and he said no its your fault for ordering it. So I said is this really how your treating a first time customer? He said yea.

This place is simply fabulous. Its convenient. The service is quick. The food is delicious. I have enjoyed the Beef, Chicken and Seafood Pho / Pork Vermicelli, Fried Rice and Spring Rolls and it is always served with consistent quality. Have been going here since it opened. The owner is very cool! Delivery is fabulous. Cannot recommend it enough.

This place and its manager really suck. We get pho in several places from McKinney to Garland. This place will not cater to one simple request for my daughter to get a small phone to go. Even the large is over priced. We have other places help us but this guy is an arse. Wont be coming back. "Our policy says". Is a heartless gutless cop out!!!

For a place in a small town its good. A little pricey to me only cause I know other pho places that is cheaper and gives you more meat. You can get extra but its extra obviously. Other than that the pho dose taste ok here, but if your really into pho Id recommend else where. Other than that its still good.

I ordered today and the food arrived all in time and such. The chicken lemongrass chicken had no flavor and didnt compliment each other. Heres what was my biggest issue...sigh...I found a piece of glass that I almost bit and swallowed in my mouth. And now thats all I keep thinking about.

Great food, nicely decorated, very friendly staff! Great lunch spot, my husband and I go nearly every weekend. Have yet to try anything on the menu we didnt love, the chicken curry dish they run as a special is by far our favorite!

Some of the best customer service. Pleasant faces that never rush you and explain any menu selection if you have questions. My favourite is Seafood Pho soup and Veggie Roll. Finally, healtht fast food with good portion size.

Love the food and atmosphere. The only thing I would change is the to go containers. They require you to use your own bowl instead of the ones you just pour the broth into. Still, the food is fantastic.

Phó real!! Fresh bean sprouts and oh so good noodles, made for exceptional pho. I had the seafood pho, the flavor was sweet and delicate. Accented perfectly with fresh basil and hoisin sauce. Boom!
