I live in a newly developed edition and my address doesnt register on mapsco yet. Before I ordered, I wanted to make sure that my address fit into their selected area. (even though I had seen deliveries in my neighborhood by their establishment in the past) The lady taking my order asked my location. As I continued to ask questions, she asked a few times if I knew where THEY were LOCATED and TOLD ME where they could be LOCATED. Did she forget I was ORDERING pizzas from her? She then HUNG-UP on me. I called back. The same lady answered, so I continued to pursue my original conversation and questions. She told me she asked a driver about my location, and was told they dont deliver any where east of Collins. I asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager said she looked at their map; I was UNDELIVERABLE. I asked if the schools and other patrons just down from me east of Collins were also UNDELIVERABLE? Suddenly, a young man is speaking to me asking me my address. I ask who he was; HES A DRIVER! He locates my address, and TAKES MY ORDER. I ordered 1 LG. Cheese Pizza, 1 LG Pepperoni, 1 MED. Ham., 1-2 Lit. Serria Mist, 1-2 Lit. Dr. Pepper and got CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR ALL THAT DRAMA, NO PHONE ETIQUETTE, CANT READ A MAP, KNOW THEIR AREAS, HOW TO PROBLEM SOLVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE and MOST IMPORTANTLY, ITS MOTHERS DAY!!!! The only one in this WHOLE SITUATION that had any SENSE (or could handle the situation) was the YOUNG MAN, THE DELIVERY GUY!!!! Who do they have in there MANAGING these people? That lady has NO BUSINESS being in that POSITION, if the DELIVERY GUYS taking over when its HER DUTY to HANDLE these SITUATIONS.... By the way, would YOU HIRE someone to ANSWER the PHONE of your business and want them to TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS like this? Would YOU HIRE a MANAGER like this? This situation is so DISTASTEFUL and UNFATHOMABLE its not WORTH a STAR or a RATING!!!!!!

Every single time I order delivery from this place, it seems as if something tragic happens to their delivery driver. Luckily the first time I had a ride there. Tonight I did not. The manager of the shop called me 5 minutes after I ordered informing me that they were unable to deliver to me due to a delivery drivers car breaking down. I found out this via voicemail. I called the store back to no answer, leaving my own answer to void the order. Expecting a call back, just like any customer who just spent $17 on absolutely nothing would, I waited. I never received a call back. Im so sick of this place. I choose Pizza Hut because your product is better than your competitors, but holy hell does this place suck. You deliver pizzas. Do you job! And if it takes longer than 3-5 days Im contacting the attorney general. Horrible service.

Experience ??? Such a horrible experience. Ordered 7 pizzas as there was a family event going on. The guy said it will be delivered within 50 minutes. Waited for one and a half an hour and called them to see whats happening. They said i had to pick it up from the store directly. Made me wait 20 minutes in the store.They apologised and said that they would give 30$ credit in the next purchase. But i dont think 30$ is worth when compared to the image that we lost in front of our relatives. The order placed at 6.20 pm, we got it it 9.35 pm. Dont order anything from there. There is another store which is 10 minutes away from the store which is really good.

Ordered Pizza,pasta,wings,breadsticks, and a soda for them to have it delivered, when the guy came to the house he brought the pizza,the breadsticks, and the pasta. I told him I was missing the rest of the food which was the wings and the soda he said he forgot and he would be right back in 5 minutes. It has been 15 minutes and still has not came. I opened my pizza and it was wrong I called and let them know and no one even said sorry. My pizza was cold and soggy tasted really old. I use to love ordering from this place but I dont think I will be ordering anymore after today. Horrible. Thank you very much.

Ordered two large pizzas over the phone for pick up and not only did the woman taking my order act as if she did not have any time for me, but I couldnt understand a word she was saying. After having practically hung on me while I was verifying my order, I come in to pick it up and find the woman being quite short with me again and not even having placed all the toppings I requested. Pizza Hut needs to FIX their customer service and teach their employees how to treat their customers. I am no longer a patron of this store.

Dont order from them!!! Ordered pizza online and my order was wrong, so the next time I ordered online I made sure to put comments in the notes and after waiting over an hour STILL my order was wrong! (Not sure if they cant read or what). Giving them the benefit of the doubt I ordered again this time I called, AGAIN I received a wrong order. Not to mention the manger had the nerve to an attitude offering only to give me a credit. Hell no. Avoid this location by all means. Your order WILL BE WRONG.

Worst Pizza Hut Ive ever ordered from they brought me a pizza with toppings that I did not even order the driver claimed that they ran out of soda and gave me my money back when I called the manager and asked why I wasnt called to see if I wanted a different flavor of soda he said the driver lied because he did not want to go back and get the soda he forgot for me if you can help it dont order from this store.

Never received the pizza after I payed for it online. Im reporting this to the BBB and to their corporate office. I order a lot of food, and this is the only company where this happened so far. Two times in two years. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. After I called them the manager RUSSEL said : " you can come and pick it up or if you dont like it , thats that" EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and unintelligent attitude.

Came in Pizza Hut to place my order @ 10:48pm sat night 6/17/16, was not greeted for about 3 to 5 minutes. Another customer walked in then I was greeted, but not before the other customer. I was told that they werent taking anymore orders but he would take mine. The closing time is clearly marked on the door as 12AM am I missing something? Seems to be understaffed.... but thats just my opinion.

Well, where do I start ! What an amazing experience for me and it so happens to be blamed on their excellent customer service; and their quality of freshness of their food! The pizza and cheesy breads were awesome ! Nevertheless, I always thought the Pizza huts in Las Colinas made quality food, yet NOW I know Mesquite has it too

Order from here every week, usually all goes great... last week we got the wrong pizza called and they said we had a credit. Called this week and received some hotline, got transfered 3 times, still never reached the actual location. Outsourcing your local pizza orders is ridiculous. Terrible outsourced service to say the least.
