My son and I visited Taco Bell tonight around 8:30pm when we entered there was a lady yelling at the top of her voice to the workers. The workers were very friendly and polite. While there eating this lady who I found out later was the manager Kaitlyn was very unprofessional with her staff who by the way was mainly highschool students. She was barking orders at them while she talked to a man who might have been her husband or boyfriend. I feel like if she wanted to talk with them that it should have been done in private and not in front of customers. I hope that this is seen by upper management and that something is done so that she is not allowed to treat her employees like that ever again.

Waited in the dru thru for a long time..checked our order before driving off and it was missing items and no sauce which we asked for. My husband went in to get the missing items. To be told he would have to wait even longer because they had to make more potatoes because they were out.. finally we get home to eat...almost everything in the order was wrong... or cold...no reciept was given to us and when i tried to call theres no answer..worst trip to a taco bell ever.

This store just cant get it rt. Despite them ALWAYS screwing up my order I still keep going, hoping they will finally get competent people. Tonight at 1230 thinking they were open till 1, I hit the drive thru since the lights were still on with 3 cars in the lot. NO ONE responded and after a few minutes I said screw it, and as I drove thru I looked in the window and 1 of the employees was ducked down inside. I guess attempting to hide. Totally incompetent store..

Ive been visiting this Taco Bell since it opened, and Ive had wonderful costumer service and food from this establishment. If my order was wrong, they immediately took care of the sitiuation. Certain management and employees went out of their way to help out with getting my orders corrected - which was very few far and between. Very clean establishment, orders are prompt... I just wished they served Diet Dr Pepper. Order: #228473 (10/01/2016)

The last time I ordered food from this Taco Bell, the order took so long that if I had a headset and a portable CD player, I couldve listened to an entire live album of a Grateful Dead rock concert from start to finish, and I still wouldnt have had my food ready. Finally, when it was ready, the food was so cold and undercooked that I couldnt even enjoy eating my meal. I swear, the people running the place are such sorry people its not even funny.

Hit or miss.. Sometimes the food is hot... Sometimes it isnt. Sometimes youll come 10 mins before close and they wont even answer the drive thru. Its probably the worst taco bell Ive ever been to.. Order a taco surpreme, may not have tomatoes.. May not have sour cream.. I guess it depends on if the moon and stars align if the order will be right. I got a Mexican pizza.. No beef was on it.. Just a ton of beans.. Absolutely horrible taco bell.

My wife and went here to eat dinner. Ordered our meal and on my meal i asked for 3 nacho locos tacos. Well i got 1. Luckily i checked and i pay for 2 more and I pretty much get a shell and nothing in it. Guess they got mad because I ordered 3 not 1. Guess well find another location close to farmersville that actually does their job.

Walking in something smelt bad. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and it smelled better in there then the eating area. The food was good but I hope you like rap music because thats what they had playing. Not okay as there were two families in there with little kids.

Tried to use the restroom but an employee and just exited and left a very bad smell and didnt flush. Ordered food and received in a timely manner, however the taco shells tasted stale and the lettice old and they had no napkins. Dont believe we will return.

This Taco Bell is great! I prefer this one over the location in Greenville as the food is prepared better. The wait is pretty normal compared to most Taco Bells. The building is always clean inside and the employees are friendly and professional.

This place has gone downhill. I usually wait 15 to 25 minutes here and they usually get my order wrong. Ive been telling them for over 2 months that their prices are wrong but theyve done nothing about it. Seems like they just dont care anymore.

They always mess our order then when I call to get it fixed they give you attitude and dont do what they say they will. The only positives about this place is food they actually get right is good and its normally clean when we go in.
