I like Taco Bells food, but the drive through at this location is absolutely horrible. They require very slow, painstaking explanations of every order with absolutely no changes, even the most simple ones. One example: Today, I asked for "a grande scrambler combo with the Pico on the side and a large diet Pepsi". These were my exact words. I said it slowly and clearly because Ive learned from my past experiences. At first, they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to explain it to them. Maybe nobody ever orders this, so they didnt know they sold it? They finally found it, but thought that I wanted extra Pico on the side. So I had to explain that I didnt want Pico on the scrambler. That part wasnt too bad, but then I realized they had only added the scrambler, not the combo. They messed up several more times before I finally just said, "Lets go with that youve got and Ill go somewhere else for the rest." I had to tell them twice that I didnt want them to fix all of their mistakes before finally just driving to the window of my own volition. This wasnt the first time Ive had an experience like this. In fact, it wasnt even the worst experience. If you have the patience of a saint and plenty of time to spare, by all means, patronize this Taco Bell to your hearts desire. Otherwise, probably best to steer clear. Update: Theres been no improvement as of this morning (3/25/17). Dont know why I bother anymore. This Taco Bell cant seem to hire a single person capable of operating a drive-through. How hard is it to understand the words, "Grande scrambler" when its a regular item on your damn menu? And Im sorry, but there is absolutely no way these people are managing to do business without being able to understand the word, "quesadilla". Good thing theres a Jack in the Box in the same parking lot.

Always get our orders wrong. I had gone through the drive through and one of the managers took my order. I paid and they told me to go around to the front and park and they would bring it out to me. When she did, I checked it and it was of course wrong...again. She already took off so I had to unload my kids and go back in. I told them the order was missing things and they both started laughing about how they should of triple checked the order and how they each thought the other one had double checked it. When we got home, I realized they STILL had it wrong and shorted us 3 soft tacos. Called the number on the receipt and no one answered, it just kept ringing! UGH!

I guess this location only has one person working the late night drive thru. Ive literally been sitting here for 30 minutes. It seems like the same guy taking orders is also cooking food and doing everything else. If I have to wait so long that I decide to leave a 1 star review BEFORE Ive even gotten my food or paid for my order, than there is clearly a big issue going on.

im so upset i will not be comin back here, I was here Thursday came. to drive thru it was in the afternoon a Caucasian male name Garrett. was so rude like he had his I dont care face on. with us and didnt say thank you have a nice day after giving us our food. he just gave us our food and shut the door. it was no smile or nothing the worst customer service ever.

This restaurant has always had very nice and courteous people late night working the drive thru. Not out experience tonight. I was asked for payment in the voice of a thug and not thanked when I played just stared at. The 3 tonight were unprofessional and flat out rude.
