This location is THE WORST! The order is always wrong so check your bag before you leave, thats if they dont rush you out. My first time there, the male manager kept my credit card while it took another 5 minutes for them to gather my food. My husband told him to give the card back and the man just pointed to the card on the other side of the register and said, "Its right there." My husband told him to run the card now and give it back. The man walked off and a lady finished the transaction. Second time, the order is wrong again. My husband called several times but no answer. FINALLY a man answered and when my husband told him that the drive thru order was incorrect, he hung up! HUBS went back and the same male manager told him 2 peices of chicken were missing so he would have to take away some tenders and that we shouldve called first. My husband told him "You know you hung on me. Give me them tenders like I said so I can go." The man had a complete attitude but gave up the tenders. Ill go to Canes for now on.

First of all, I drove from Garland area to this location because the one we used to go to that was 1/2 mile away (Plano Rd & Walnut St) was torn down. (Would have rated it 5 stars by the way). Floor in the food prep area, and the food prep counters, looked like no one had cleaned them all day. There was food all over the outside of the side containers, and left the lid off of the food containers for the sides. One container wasnt closed completely inside the bag so leaked all in the bag. Several pcs of chicken were very soggy on one side. We ordered 4 apple pies, one had NO cinnamon & sugar, and 1 didnt have even a tablespoon of filling inside the pie. Oh, and had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken to be cooked. Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Will never go to this location again.

The dirtiest Popeyes Ive ever visited! All of the floors were full of flour and the counters were dirty. The manager was cooking chicken with her bare HANDS. She was going back and forth from checking people out so going to the drive-thru window and back to dip the chicken in the flour starting line with about 8 people waiting for our chicken to cook for over 30 minutes. The play area was closed down for no particular reason when I asked for a reason they just told me it was closed. It was 6 oclock in the evening. Furthermore the AC was not working it was so hot on the inside.

Speaker didnt work to take the order and once your in, if someone is behind, you wont get out. I ordered at the window just a combo meal for myself. I had to repeat my drink twice as the server came back after several minutes. I got home and of course there was no gravy for my chicken (as ordered). My feeling is its just not a well managed/owned franchise from my experiences. The server was actually polite so I dont have any problem there. The QC overall seemed weak.

Only gave 1 star bc Google requires it. My husband went thru the drive thru waited no one answered at the speaker, pulled around, went into the lobby and EVERY employee on shift is in the back jabber jawing and not doing anything to acknowledge the growing drive thru line or the people in the lobby. Sad. Worst customer service I have ever seen...

Very rude. The Web site says Saturday they close at 11pm. When I tried to order i was told they at 10. I told the gentleman it was 930 he then said, we close at 9pm. I work in the same parking lot and I see that they close when they feel like.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE,second time this month my order is missing something,RUSHING ME WHILE ORDERING HAD TO ASK HER TO LET ME FINISH.NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING BEFORE THEY SHUT IT DOWN!! Shut this place down!

You have to wait a LONG time for youe food, you have to ask the people for condiments/napkins/silverware, the portion for the shrimp is SUPER small, I got about 10 small pieces of shrimp for the price of $7.49. What a rip off.

Good food, but you have to ask for utensils, napkins, sauces/condiments because they keep it all behind the counter, which is bizarre. Corn on the cob is not buttered.
