I can speak about the service only, because we didnt stay for the food. We walked in (excited to find a bagel place, since they are hard to find in McKinney), and walked up to the counter. My daughter (3) sat at a table to wait for me. I looked at the menu and the guy behind the counter walked up to me to take my order. I asked for a minute to look at the menu and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Weird, but whatever. Then I hear a women chastising my daughter for sitting on her knees. I turned around and saw an employee telling her to sit down (rather than sit on her knees) and she looked confused and scared. I grabbed my daughter and left. They are lucky thats all I did. And then we found out you can get Einstein brothers bagels next door at Target for half the price.

Ive been there twice now and this Einstin Bros is completely mismanaged to the point where I cant go back. The last time I was there, it was dirty, not busy inside and 2 different people came up to the counter to complain about their food (one said her soup was literally cold like it came out of the freezer). This morning I dropped in for a bagel and latte and after waiting nearly 10 minutes without a soul at the coffee bar had to go ask someone to please make it so I could be on my way. Of course they sent me off with a small instead of the medium I paid for, and filled with only steamed milk, sans any trace of espresso. Shame on them. Dont ever ever go to this Einstein Bros location.

For $6.99+ per sandwich + chips... not worth dealing with rude, rude, rude employees. Isnt it weird to be a customer and were the only people to say "Thank you". Best of luck to this store... I will take my business to the Parker and Toll way location. Oh did I say worst experience ever...

Weekend staff never the open building on time. We have waited 15 minutes after opening time while the staff looked at everyone waiting outside. When they decide to open they are very rude and act like doing their job is a huge inconvenience. Could use customer service training and new staff.

I ordered 4 bagels, The owner Mr.Masood himself made bagels and trowed all of them in a bag together, I asked him to wrap individually, so that they will stay warm, he got angry and said I should go to Dunkin Donuts to get that kind of service. what a attitude , very rude owner.

Quality of goods are good, but Overall the customer service is acceptable at best. The manager is a nice guy who is pleasant. The other two employees I see there skate the line of being apathetic/rude, this is the experience pretty much every time I go to this location.
