Worst place ever so far. It doesnt even deserve a star. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. While we could see that it was ready. Our waiter seem to be behind but didnt ask for help/nobody was helping him. The place wasnt crowed so I still dont get how we never got our food. We could see that our food had been ready and just seating there. We call the manager and the only thing that she did was just reheat our food again. It was just bad over all. I know one thing for sure never going back there. I think it was just bad since the beginning starting from the hostess. Who didnt greet us and we had to talk to her. Anyways the only good thing was we got our drinks for free. Other than that this places is the worst.

We live in the area and like OTB. If you are going to order online or for pick up be warned! They will forget something. You will be missing some item when you get home. We have had this happen to us 4 times now. Order a cup of queso and came home with an extra cup of refried beans. Ordered fajitas got home and no tortillas. Chips and salsa no salsa in bag. Order burrito for kid only got rice and beans. Every time a different to go server. Bottom line you must have them open every box and show you what you ordered. Ive called and let the management know and they are apologetic but you cant change a zebras stripes.

On The Border is our go to when we are craving Mexican. There is a location closer to our home but we seem to gravitate to this one. Weve never had to wait long to get a table, even when you cant find a parking spot out front. The food is great and always comes as we requested. We can be picky and all have our additions and subtractions so I wouldnt blame anyone for mess ups. The wait staff is friendly and always on top of your needs. Management usually stops by your table to ensure your dining experience is of the quality both parties expect. Try the Ranchiladas! Their skirt steak is delicious!

The food is really pretty good, but dont think youre going to get a deal with the all you can eat enchilada Mondays unless you have 2 hours for lunch. The first order took 30 minutes to get to our table and it took 20+ minutes for each plate after that. Who has that long for lunch these days. The worst part is that I know these enchiladas can be made in 4-5 minutes per plate. The servers are friendly but they are very slow and get around the "all you can eat" clause by taking so long you dont have time to order any more.

Very Disappointing. We decided to go to On The Boarder because we had not been in a while. We selected this one as it was close to us. Either On The Boarder has gone down hill badly or this place was just particularly terrible. The table was dirty and sticky. The menus had been spilled on dirty and sticky. The service was slow. My Wifes soft taco was cold. I had a fajita plate and the meat was overcooked. The food did not look appetizing. Over all a very poor dining experience an we will not be going back.

So Im at the restaurant right now, 7:45pm on a Thursday and its a little busy. Ive been waiting for over an hour for my food, I havent been given a refill yet that was correct either. SO..... What did I do, I informed the manager of the situation. My food isnt coming any quicker from the supposed computer error causing the delay, but he is talking care of the check for us and apologized for the experience. The food is usually the same across the board for these restaurants so Ill assume itll be good.

My fiance and I love OTB. However, this location is terrible. The employees are GREAT but the location overall is understaffed. The interior decor of the restaurant isnt like other locations that weve been to--its like eating in a warehouse with tables randomly tossed about; the layout and atmosphere is horrible. The concrete floor was completely littered with food, despite employees constantly sweeping. It was a terrible experience and we will never eat at this location again.

Sooo... I ordered take out and the girl who took my order said the food would be ready in 20 minutes. I waited 30 and went up to pick everything up. I waited one and a half hours up there to pick up everything... lack of leadership was unbelievably bad. Thank the flying spaghetti monster this location wasnt in uptown or they literally would have closed for being too busy and not being able to handle it. I am understanding but taking two hours is ridiculous.

Its our local for a quick CoronaRita. Cant say weve ever had bad service. The only down side was that it was quite small so waits for a table could be annoying although typically we eat at the bar. They recently expanded into the adjoining unit to accommodate the dinner rush, this was a big mistake, its a shame western business owners dont consult Feng Shui before trying to reap more profit, I have a feeling this location has seen better days.

Food mostly fine. Do NOT call in a pick up. Every time I did, they leave something out. Last time, they literally just left off half of an entree. When my wife tried to tell them they did, the woman there refused to listen and told her we were wrong. We werent. And if you just plan to just eat there, its always crowded with slow, mediocre service. This is DFW. There are 1000 better Tex Mex options to choose from. Go there instead.

We live nearby and go there on a regular basis. We love the friendly atmosphere there and the waitpersons are fantastic. Our favorite waiter is Van. He knows when we come in what we will usually order including drinks with our meal. Van is always there if we need something else and we try to get his booth or table, if he is on duty. Thanks Van, for the excellent service that you provide to us.

I want to give a big shout out to the Team at On The Border! My son picked dinner tonight and not only was the food great (as usual) - but the service was as well!! Be sure to ask for Gerald as your waiter....and maybe you will be lucky enough to have Myron bus your table, I was TOTALLY impressed with his enthusiasm & friendliness....keep up the GREAT work!!!

My boyfriend and I come every Wednesday and split the chicken fajitas. We love it! The salsa there tastes so good and it is so fresh! The tortillas are to die for and savannah is such an awesome waitress. Sadie is amazing as well. The servers know what they are doing. Love love love it

Food is always horrible, they never make anything the same. Very inconsistent. Been here write a few times, wont return. Rude manager too, I have had entrees come out before my appetizer many times. Every plate looks like the food was slopped on. Dont waste your time or money here.

Typical tex-mex resturant nothing fancy but nothing disapointing either. Came towards the end of a lunch rush, told the waiter i had to leave for work in around 45 minutes. He was able to get our food out quickly and put us on his top priority. Great service
