If I could rate zero stars I would. Every time I go here they basically tell me theyre too understaffed for me to order or that it will "be a 20-30 minute wait" or theyre simply closed HOURS before theyre supposed to. Yesterday just before midnight (they close at 3am) my boyfriend and I pulled up to order and we were stopped by an employee before entering the drive thru. He was literally just sitting there waiting for customers to pull up. This is the conversation: employee: "Theres a 30 minute wait on beef just so you know" Us: "we dont order beef or any type of meat." Employee: "Oh. Well what are you ordering then?" Us: "probably just beans and rice burritos" Employee" Yeah. Ok. Whatever you order make it light. We got a girl in there who needs a break and we just finished a rush so make it light." We drove away after this. Why would you tell customers what they can order or to "make it light?" secondly, why would you be standing outside saying someone else needs a break. Get in the store and HELP. This happened one other time a couple months ago where I was told I couldnt order because they were understaffed. I felt bad for them so I wasnt that upset about it. We then went to the North Fargo location (open til 2am) and sat in the drive thru for a couple minutes w/o being talked to at all and even said "hello?" All the lights were on so we drove up the window when someone came up to that pick up window like they had no idea we were there. It really just seems none of the Taco Bells in this town care to hire people who want to work or do their job at all during the night shifts. Every time I go there I am treated like Im inconveniencing the employees. I will not go to either of these locations again.

I am extremely disgusted about how I was treated at this Taco Bell. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was greeted quickly by a male employee and began to give my order. I was only half-way through the order, when another male employee asked me what I wanted. I could hear the original employee talking in the background as I started giving my order again. Again, I was half-way through when the first employee interrupted to ask about a detail of what I had ordered. I was asked again what I wanted to order, at which point, I asked to deal with one or the other but not both. At that point a female employee came on the speaker and asked me what I wanted. I could hear all of the employees laughing in the background as I drove away. I dont understand why they might have a problem keeping staff as it is obvious staff members are completely unsupervised and only run the restaurant for their own amusement. Stay away from this place. Its not worth the aggravation.

I would give it 4 stars, sometimes they are excellent, lately its a toss of the coin whether the order will be correct. This week I ordered a Fiesta Taco Salad and a Steak Burrito Supreme. When I got home there was no beans & rice in the taco salad and the burrito was just a regular burrito supreme (ground beef). Not a drop of steak. This has been happening more frequently lately. One time we got home and there was no salsa in either of our taco salads. I was the only customer there so its not like they were rushed. I dont think Ill be stopping there any more because it makes me wonder what else they arent doing that they should be.

If I could I would give negative stars!!! Absolutely horrible. The food may be descent for the price you pay but the 20 minute wait time for one item and the rudeness of all the employees especially the manager Kristine is ridiculous. I used to work there and theres no way people would have gotten away with things they do now. The lobby is closed at 9 even though theyre supposed to be open until midnight. I asked for a copy of my receipt and the manager said it was hard to get a copy. Umm really do your job. I could go on and on about how crappy this place is. It would be better off closing down completely.

Several times i have went here and the lobby and drive through were closed for system reboots until said time which was usually over an hour away. Did not realize system reboots take over an hour to complete. I visited once for breakfast as they open at 6:30 but when i went to go inside to order the doors were locked i waited a bit still no luck they finally opened at 7 after i called and asked why they were not open. The manager also hung up on me when speaking with her saying she did not care they were opening late. Poor staff and friendliness.

The only reason it gets one star is because I cant give it zero. Angry workers who mouth off to me and other customers. Get really defensive when food was made wrong and then wont refund your money because they dont know how to do so. The manager, when confronted, states nobody wants to work there and the job sucks. Super professional. Several people waiting in the drive through left while we were there because they were tired of waiting. Bone fragments in beef topped off a disgusting dining experience. Avoid at all costs.

Judi helped me at the drive through this evening and she did a fantastic job. One can tell she prides herself in customer service and she made sure I had everything I needed. Id also like to include the people who made my burritos in this review, as they were perfect and hot. This team was obviously on point this evening (6/9/17) and made for a very smooth and enjoyable visit. Thank you.

Are all the taco bells slow for service in fargo/ Moorhead now cause I have been to both 8th street and the one on university and it takes so long to get your food and there really isnt anyone there to be a wait!!!! What happened to all the taco bells in the area? They all used to be packed and you still would your food faster than now!

This place sucks! Literally have to review this place which I have never done before because they have consistently made me wait 20-30 minutes, always getting my order wrong, and you literally cant understand half of them so Im sure they cant understand you either. I give them a 0 star because 1 star would be complimenting.

no matter what time you come to this location the lobby is ALWAYS CLOSED. I ordered 2 Soft Taco Supremes and they ended up not having sour cream or tomatoes on them. this is happen many times. More food in wrapper than in the soft taco. Disappointed, this location used to be the best of the 2 in the area.

I assume you know what youre getting into when you go to Taco Bell. I am taking off two stars; one for the usual wait and another for the drive-thru clerks ability to understand the order. This has been across a couple staff members so Im wondering if it is not a technical problem.

I ordered the cravings deal thats usually 5$ but was 6$. I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I got up to the window they informed me that they had no hot or fire sauce. WTF! Who does that!? Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been at! Plus the hard shell taco was broke. All around bad!
