This place SUCKS. Im a hardcore squataholic, so I need my carbs to keep up the booty pops and drops on the daily. Ever since the "renovation" last year, the food has been WAY less greasy and grimey. I used to use the grease as hair gel for my luscious locks, and now I have to buy it at an actual store like a peasant! I also used to rely on their pizzas to grease up my insides as well as my face before a hard squat sesh. I also relied on these carbs to fatten up my juicy booty. Now when I scarf down 5 pizzas for $5, the lack of grease causes the SH*TS to cut and burn on the way out instead of the usual easy get-er-done diarrhea. I get so constipated now because the old pizzas were so greasy. ADDITIONALLY, I used to piss all over the floors and clog up the toilets and not feel guilty at all cause the mens AND womens bathrooms were complete dumps. Nowadays I feel like crap every time I wreck one of their stalls. FINALLY, I eat pizza almost every day, and this place lost a lot of business from me! (Still better than Mamas though, see my review)

Ive been coming to Ci Cis for over a decade, this one in particular for about three years. The staff are always really great, however the environment has become a real annoyance for me. I always place a specialty order when I eat Ci Cis, and they used to write it down and give me a number or color tag to come and bring it out to my table. Now it seems they have a computer touch screen that you go to and place your order, take a buzzer, and go wait at your table. It feels so impersonal and detached from customer service and its not the Ci Cis I grew up with... 1. Having an employee not take a request and tell me to do it myself is ridiculous, 2. having to go up once this annoying loud buzzer goes off is inconvenient. 3. the last three times I have used the touch screen method I have waited over twenty minutes to find out that the order wasnt started... Please go back to your roots and start getting personal with your customers again, and get rid of that ridiculous computer screen.

I received a coupon after telling the manager how amazing that I thought the restaurant was, WAS is the key word. I brought the coupon for 1 adult buffet and along with me I brought my entire office to show off the restaurant after I had been ranting to them about how great it was. On arrival I attempted to use the coupon and I was given a .32 cent discount. The coupon clearly says 1 adult buffet or 1 carry out pizza. After 2 supervisors separately came to address it, neither addressed me or my concerns. Same staff that I was gloating about the day prior were being rude and disrespectful. The management made a choice by disrespecting myself and my coworkers and I will make a similar choice. I will NEVER enter a CiCis Pizza ever again, I will make it my mission to tell every person I know exactly how terrible the staff that you allow to run your Plano site are.

This place was very dirty. The buffet wasnt busy but there were many things on the buffet line that werent stocked, like napkins. The buffet options were very limited. There was no dessert pizza, which was disappointing. They did away with busers, so people had to clean up after themselves. I sat next to a family that did not bother to pick up a single on pf their plates. The one person who did wipe the tables would do a terrible job, and would leave the seats filthy. The floors were also dirty. They keep offering coupons to come back, so this is a good option for people who have 0 standards and just want to scarf down as much cheap food as they can. I like Cicis, but this particular restaurant was a huge disappointment.

This location (Ste 300 2220 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75075) did not offer a salad bar, and instead offered a choice of 2 pre-made salads. They also had breadsticks, and no cheesesticks. When asked about the lack of cheesesticks I was told that corporate had changed and no cheesesticks were offered anymore. This is not true! Cheesesticks are still a valid menu item at the time of this review. Avoid this location.

I asked for pepperoni, sausage, and salami. The woman behind the counter said, "Whats salami? I dont know what salami is, fill me in." I just left without answering her or saying anything. I wish I asked the manager if they did sell salami. If he said yes, than he has a stupid staff. If he said no, than this is the only pizza store on earth that doesnt have salami.

They charged me but had not pizza. The schedule to close is 9:00 p.m. to eat but to charge is at 9:30 p.m., I wonder, and the door shows to close the 10:00 p.m. what? Enjoy my money, you will need more than me! The manager told me that I should have come before 9:20 p.m., but I arrived before .... It had to happen twice to learn ... all right, now Ive learned ...

Horrible Staff. They couldnt be any ruder than they were. Poor quality, cold pizza. wasnt the same as before. Employee refused to make fresh pizza. Could get special order pizza. I took 30 minutes to get a special order pizza. Wasnt busy. They have bad customer service. 08/06/2016. Time 3:30. Wasnt worth 1 star.

The pizzas do not get loaded up on the buffet line fast enough. We waited 15 minutes to get pepperoni pizza. The brownies, the dessert pizzas are so slow to get made and when they come they are gone so fast. The place looks nice until you take a closer look and you see that they lack maintenance.

Avoided all costs. They couldnt be ruder, the location is supposed to be open till 10 p.m. while trying ordered the buffet at 9 p.m. a worker tells me hes about to take down the entire buffet because "the Buffett closes early". Horrible Staff

Standard Cicis pizza place. Clean, lots of kinds of pizza. They will make what ever you want if its not on the buffet. Very very inexpensive. Not the best pizza around, but a great value for hungry families.

This place is the best place to go for me and my friends during lunchtime as it is very affordable, $5 with student discount! They also have hot, and fast food. Its is neat and the staff are very friendly.

Out of all the CiCis in the area this is the nicest one. The staff is always friendly and Adriana stands out, she took care of us despite a busy shift and went out of her way to accommodate our party.
