1. I love any place that serves sweet potato fries. 2. I dont have one negative thing to say. My boyfriend and I were driving around & didnt even realize we had a Johnny Rockets in the area since we had just moved back. There was no awful smell as someone else mentioned and we showed up about 10-15 mins before they closed and not one person looked annoyed to have us. I like that the valley has a new 50s environment in town and I found the quality of food and service to be awesome. The burgers were on point and filling and if youre complaining about a $7 burger that comes with endless fries then I really dont understand your problem. I love that we had a nice little chat with the owner/manager? & that even though the doors were locked he happily opened them and welcomed the couple inside and again, not one employee looked annoyed as I find they so often do down here. Burgers were great, environment was new and refreshing, and the service was what service should be. Ill definitely be back.

I was very disappointed with this place. We went in, group of 3, and behind us was group of 5. The problem happened when the waiters recognized the people behind us and began to help them out before us. We got a booth and the people behind us got seated right after us but were served first before us. They never came to get our drink orders or anything until I got up and went to the bar and said I would like to order. At the bar however they said I could not order there and had to wait for someone to go to our booth. I complained and the manager came out but did not know how to help us other than to take our orders. The place was really packed and instead of keeping up with orders the owner or someone above the manager orders them to dance, cooks included so of course the food comes out much later. I should have just walked out but we were hungry and didnt want to wait in line again in another place. Never again will I go here and this helps you in deciding to eat there.

The food is WAY overpriced and not that great. They should drop the corny 50s diner schtick, not charge theme park prices, and do something about the awful smell in the area before Id ever recommend this place. I cant complain about the service, though. Even while wearing those uncomfortable looking costumes that are forced on them the staff was very pleasant and timely.

Great service friendy amazing music but one thing killed it. And that was my girlfriends burger was raw from the middle. Yup. But i didnt make a big deal because i usually deal with people a lot so i just let them know what was going on and seemed preety calmed about it. But great service just need better cooking.

Food is average. Not great, not terrible. The prices, however, were ridiculous. I went with my wife and two sons. We each got a burger, fries, and a drink. Three of us got milkshakes at $5 each. The bill was $62! Im never going again. Considering the quality of the food, we were ripped off.

It was all great until the time came to pay. I was advised their credit card machine wasnt working. After trying two of my cards. I stepped out to the ATM outside. Not only did It charge me $3 but my bank fee of $2.50. Sorry to our server Dante, there went your tip.

The food was good but the service was terrible! Good food and great music isnt enough if the service sucks. I dont think Ill be coming back. Fix issues. I hope Ill change my mind about Johnny Rockets later

Nothing wrong here. Shakes are amazing and burgers are too! Pricing is just right and plenty of options to choose from. Perfect service and atmosphere, you cant go wrong with Johnny Rockets.

Really good burgers and shakes! But I server didnt get us refills and we could not find him sometimes. Really slow service for just two tables being serviced. Just took way too long.
