My wife and I love eating at Whataburger. Until today. (October 4th 4:21-5:20pm) Waited 25min for cold and incorrect food. Then took it back, no apology given, they "remade the food". Once we got the food back, 15min later, the fries and onion rings now over cooked. Almost seemed reheated. Hmm. Took the food back for a refund. Manager: "I dont understand how the food was cold, I made it FRESH." Well... Fresh fries are not so crispy that when biting into the exterior, that the potatoe has nearly been hollowed out due to its "freshness". Heard the girls in the back "working" state, "oh letem wait." When going back in a second time. When a customer has an issue; they are your priority. Clearly the management did not care, the staff does not care. DOES NOT CARE. I watched a family walk out of the establishment, during all of this. In fact, they arrived the first time I walked in to complain. They were not greeted, or helped? Which by the second time, they decided to leave, unhappy as well. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS After an hour of all that fuss, the manager said "oh great now my drawer is short", and that we would get a call from someone, to confirm that we were given $18.53. Do not complain to an upset customer. We do not care, we are unhappy. 1. You should worry about losing your job sir. That level of management, would never be welcomed in my establishment. You would have lost your job TODAY. Complete lack of consideration for your customer. BYE, BYE. 2. People are the most important part of your job, maybe your drawer wouldnt have been short if you had serviced the people in your lobby better. 3.We were the only people in the drive through when placing the order. No one in front or behind waiting on an order. I dont know if they just really dont care at all? Whoever owns this location, needs to put their foot down. This was unbelievable. I loved Whataburger, but I will never be back to this location. Ever again. If you love Whataburger, I urge you to find another location on your GPS. Last visit before tonight, I had the Cheddar burger and it wasnt good at all. Burger had no seasoning, barely any sauce, and made my stomach uneasy. Went to another whataburger in waxahachie and ordered the same thing. It was amazingly delicious. Tonight I went to the drive thru, asked about a sandwich and what was in it only to receive an answer of a couple ingredients not what type of meat was on the sandwich as no picture was provided. I asked three times guessing what type of meat it was till I received an answer of yes and just was treated rudely like I was interrupting the whataburger employees conversation. Employee sounded like she didnt care about her job at all. Then after ordering, I waited 20 minutes just for the car in front of me to receive there food right as I pulled out of line to order inside as outside was taking too long. Walked inside only to wait for another 10 minutes to no one coming to the front to take my order still. I live right down the street and will never return to this whataburger. It should be called what burger cause I never received anything but poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Whataburger... Texas... You know the story. 24 hour service for your favorite Texas, fast food hamburgers. However, this particular location (late shift, after 11pm) needs some better customer service for the drive thru... If you dont ask for napkins, condiments or straws, you wont get any in your bag. Literally every other Whataburger Ive ever been to, always provides napkins and straws (without being asked) and will ask if you want regular or spicy ketchup.

I came when they werent busy and I waited over 5 minutes at the window before I got my 2 burgers and fries. The attendant at the window was rude and after handing us our drinks just walked away without saying anything. After 5 minutes when he came back with our food, he asked us if we wanted ketchup and then just threw it in the bag before handing it to us and walking away again without saying anything. Im sticking to the other Whataburger in town after this...

Every visit here has left me with a positive opinion on the staff here. Theyre friendly, chit chat, and are honestly fantastic people! The wait time for food is longer than standard "fast" food, and the quality of the food can sometimes leave a little to be desired. Regardless, I think this is excusable since I typically visit anywhere from 2 to 5AM. Theres definitely room for improvement, but its still a modest place, especially for being 24 hours.

Went to this store today (5/18/2016) at about 1:15pm. I was fourth in the drive-up lane. Took nearly 15 minutes to get to the window. I watched and there were no large orders. I ordered a #1 combo Fries were warm at best. The burger was less than warm. Not warm enough to even soften, let alone melt, the cheese. The burger was also dried out . All around bad experience. There is enough burger competition that I will not be going back.

How incompetent are these workers I order a Honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich meal plus an extra order of onion rings pay for it an then they refuse to give me my drink. Even though I paid for it had to get the manager involved then when they bring me my food I dont have fries I bring it up to them they say i didnt order the meal to get fries even though the receipt says fries horrible experience go to the McDonalds instead.

If I could give a zero star I will, was there this evening to order food for my kids, having waited for more than 25 minutes,got home everything was wrong, call to speak to the general manager, this guy picks up and I told me I should have checked my food before leaving, despite the fact I told them this is not the first time they made mistakes with my orders.So it is my fault that my food was wrong.

Worst Whataburger Ive ever been to. Girl cut me off at the speaker while I was ordering my food. Took 4 guys at the window to finish out my order since I was cut off. They never asked for my rewards and when I said something about it it was to late. And they were all just rude and disrespectful.

I actually have to stop going to this Whataburger it is so run in adequately if thats the right word. The food quality every time just goes downhill, if theyre not screwing up my order theyre messing up something or missing something it just isnt like the other Whataburgers around.

Holy crap weve been here 40 minutes, and when the guy came shuffling over with our food, he only brought half the order, didnt bring napkins or ketchup, and walked off. The staff is in the back just hanging out right now. Im a patient guy, but this is ridiculous. Its slow in here.

This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. I love Whataburger! The service here is lacking to say the least. Every time I come here it takes 20 to 30 min to get your food. Management obviously needs to be overhauled. Food is always good.
