5/16/17 Sent in a review with BWW corporate site. I received a message from the GM who told me she would be in today. My friend and I went in and explained the situation from Saturday. She had no words. We had a great lunch and we thank both our server (forgot her name) and the GM for making our lunch today a great one. 5/13/17 Since moving to the bar area, Brittany, our server, has been amazing! She is on top of everything that we need. Thanks Brittany for helping us out tonight! 5/13/17 BWW has lowered their expectation on service. Every time we come into these places the people are not on their game. Literally tonight moved to the bar area because they ignored us for a solid 5 minutes or more. At the bar area we waited just a minute and they got our drink order. Really disappointed. Food is great, service just sucks.

This should be a no star review, but the option was not given to me. This is my first time at this location and will be my last. It started out as a normal night. There was a slight wait in the beginning which is fine, they were a little busy. We sat at our table and placed a drink order and as well as a appetizer. That came out in a normal time considering they were busy. At this point is where it went south. We waited an hour and a half before we had to ask for the manager, he came to the table and asked what the issue was, we explained that we had been waiting for awhile and the table behind us was seated 30 min after us and received there food before is. He then began to argue with us about our waiting time time and said it would be another 15 min. We kindly dismissed our selves and walked out on a 140 tab.

This place could easily be 5 stars. I went there with my wife and two young sons on a Monday night. The place was 1/3 full. In my opinion the place is geared for people who want to go and drink, not families. -1 star, the place was freezing. -1 star, the food took forever. It took exactly an hour for the food to get there. -1 star, the server was horrible. He didnt introduce himself, mumbled, unfriendly and I had to ask for a refill *pet peeve of mine*. +1 star, the food was great, although its pretty much your typical bar food. +1 star, the Mango Habenero sauce was actually really hot. There are 2 hotter sauces there and Id be scared to try them.

Well after waiting 45 mins to sit when it wasnt even busy we finally get to our table and order drinks about 15mins later we ordered food a half hour after that we finally got refills and about another 45 mins after that we were finally served and the food was cold and the wings were old, manager was brought over by the server and he was rude and acted like I was telling a tale about how long we had been there and was surprised at the quality of the food when we watched several other tables around us complain to what seemed to be the same thing. So I spent about three hours of my day off at this horrible place... I will never go again

This is the most unsanitary disgusting restaurant I have ever worked at and ate at so youre telling me its sanitary to drop the chicken wing on the ground in the kitchen and put it back in a basket and spin it in a bowl and give it to a customer that is absolutely unacceptable Im sure Ashley is okay with that you know shes the* general manager they always have some gay guy working at the counter named Matt dotty with his head up his ass who knows nothing but how to play in his phone the managers all need to be fired here. Did I mention that I dont drug test here either hell they dont even a run a background check on you here.

Excellent attention to Allergy details! Bravo to bartender Taylor Sterling, first line of defense when we ordered dinner at the bar. She was so attentive to the order, next thing we knew we were speaking with manager, Nathan Garcia. Wow!! Excellent customer service, folks! They asked great questions, offered great alternatives, and broke down the order to sides so we wouldnt pay full meal price. Were traveling through the area, but the excellent customer service had us repeating our visit and trying different meals. You two are excellent examples of great customer service! Thank you!

Been waiting here for over an hour and a half with two friends we all ordered seperately but one after another and we got our orders 15-30 minutes apart from each other with people who were only waiting for maybe 10 minutes getting their orders before us. Their service is garbage, their management is garbage and they just seem completely incompetent. Their only solace is they are the only bww in San Angelo and the quality of the wings are usually good, but only usually. We need a better wings place or at least another one, wingstop isnt much better

How are you out of boneless wings?? Not only that, but you should have mentioned this when we walked in, better yet at least one of the 2 times the waiter came up asking if we were ready to order. When our order of mini corn dogs were brought to the table the "dipping" sauce was served in individuals packages. How is one to "dip" without a cup for the sauce? The food is just like any other BDubs Ive been to. Nothing spectacular. Overall, disappointed in the lack of communication and service.

Ive been indifferent about Buffalo Wild Wings in the past, but this last time I visited, it seemed louder than normal and the service was just awful. My drink was refilled once and thats because I went and found the waiter. The price for food should be a crime. Though it tasted great, its hard to justify $10+ on chicken and fries. The tap water in San Angelo is nasty and BWW doesnt filter it as Chilis does so it tastes bad. I wont be going back.

It was my first time there but last time also ! Their customer service is worst ! Does not feel like restaurant . Wait time is so long ! Coming to the point - ordered boneless wings 16 pieces but they were so old and smelled very bad inside ! There was nothing new in the taste ! Waiter was also rude and she was asking more money for the refill of the drink ! They will rob your money for nothing good there ! I will never go there !

It took no less than 45 minutes to get an appetizer and OVER AN HOUR for an entree! Worse - the manager excused the HOUR LONG WAIT to a "new guy". He should be fired for giving the FNG a table of 9 people at LUNCH. No apology or anything! We drove across town for CRAP! The food was mediocre at best. Never ever ever again! The other reviews were probably written by the same terdbag manager.

Every time weve been there, honestly good food, good service, friendly staff but the biggest problem (with the cooks) is that every time we get wings they get HALF SAUCED! My husband being from Buffalo, NY originally knows wings. He complains every time and hes right...half the wings are naked and unflavorful. If the cooks get it right, its a great place to eat.
