This place has really been getting worse. Got there and there was only about 3 customers, not busy at all. Multiple waitresses walked by none offering to seat us. After being the only idiots standing at the front entrance for about 8 min one employee finally sat us. Then after ordering fried pickles and our lunches we waited hoping to get our pickles before our meals. Our lunches came out no pickles. They said sorry completely forgot. With that, the wings sucked! I didnt know it was possible to mess up wings but wow...they did. The meat was so dry and the breading was stale and tasted off like it was dipped in last years oil and god forbid you actually get some sauce on your wings. There must be some sauce shortage in america right now that i dont know about. But hey finally the pickles came and were a nasty dark brown color and yes had a nasty taste of old oil. They were quick to bring that check though. If your gonna have those prices you better have some form of good quality to the items. I can say i wont be eating at any bww anymore. Not worth it. Im not one to complain to a waiter so they can just roll their eyes and take longer to get my food. So i just paid my bill and wont go back. They dont even deserve a chance to make it right.

We started our evening in a great mood, wanted to hit buffalo Wild Wings for a night cap as it was 11:45 and they were one of the few places that closed late. Upon arriving at midnight we see on the door that they were open until 1am, fantastic we thought... And so we entered. We get inside and as 3 servers we feel bad as there is only one table being served, before even stating there was 3 of us we got told we could not have a table... We said we were servers and understood and we were only looking for take out (as that was an option). We got denied. We got told the kitchen was closed due to "issues" and thus we left. Being servers we are understanding of late night tables and the annoyance; however, we also understand the value of good service to which we did not receive tonight under any circumstances. If you choose to eat or drink here, be prepared to have a time limit as their servers care more about getting off their shift than they do of customer service.

I placed an online order at 8:30am to be picked up at 11am later on the same day. Not a huge order, just 22 wings. I realized that they open up at 11am but figured they would still be ready at that time SINCE I WAS GIVEN THE OPTION ON THEIR WEBSITE TO PICK THEM UP AT THAT TIME!!! I show up right at 11am and I am the first and only person there, the gal at the take-out counter was pleasant and told me "they arent quite ready yet, but will be shortly" I assumed this to be 5 minutes at the most. Man was I wrong, I had to wait there for 25 minutes before my order was ready. They obviously hadnt even started on making my order until I was there. I will never go back and no wonder you hear in the news all the time why Buffalo Wild Wings is getting smoked by Wing Shack. They dont get it.

Im a regular. 85% of the time...great....15% of the time.....terrible. Granted in the last year, maybe 2 they have had a string of managers. They have settled on one and things seem to be getting better. Wings are almost always great but occasionally come out under sauced or under seasoned(they will happily fix em). Great sports bar....panoramic TVs all the way around. Also they have the newest version of the trivia/poker/kiddy games, on touch screens....great for keeping the kids entertained. Good beer selection, but cocktails are on the pricey side. If you want wine.....go somewhere else. Brian and Jeremy are note worthy, good servers.

Food was cold, waitress smiled but forgot half of the stuff we ordered and she would walk by the table and not stop when my husband would try to wave at her. The best part of the meal was the veggie boat. It seems the prices keep going up but the quality goes down. Its hard to get warm food here if you come in the evenings. Also waitress took empty soda glasses and we thought she asked if we wanted refills we said yes. And then we had to ask for sodas again about 15 min later. Ranch cups came out full, almost overflowing and blue cheese cups were maybe half full. Please be consistent...

We went for Wing night on Tuesday. They had $0.40 wings but we were disappointed. The wings we got were super small, and they ran out of carrots to have on the side. When we asked for carrots, the waiter told use they didnt have them, he didnt offer any other options or apologized for running out. He was a rude waiter, who didnt even wait for us to sit down before demanding us to put in the drink order. BWWs used to be our favorite wing place but after this experience, were going to be looking for somewhere else to get good Wings. Too bad there arent many options in Fort Collins.

Called at 11:44 to place a To-Go Order for some wings. They said we close at 12 so we wont take your order. I replied to them I would be there before 12 to pick it up. He say well we lock our doors at 12 and thats why we wont take any more to-go orders. So I drove there and placed a to-go order at 11:55...the only difference now both they, and I, have to stay later and wait for the wings to cook rather than just swooping them up really quick and being on my way allowing the restaurant to close earlier. Great idea management! Have you no sense at all????

I tried to get into contact with your customer service via your company website to no anvil. Its been over a couple of days and still no response. Do you have that many complaints to a acknowledge before you get to mine? Anyways, as a customer to your business I feel as if you only want my money and do not care to take care of me, the person that is giving you your business. I regret to say that you have lost my familys business. Edit: It has been a week and still no response.

Really poor planning and customer service on Super Bowl Sunday. During any busy time, Id recommend ordering wings from somewhere else. We pre-ordered wings 4 days in advance. When we arrived to pick them up at the scheduled time, we were told it would be at least another two hours before our order was ready. We canceled the order because we didnt want to deal with going back to the store during the game, not knowing if they wings would be ready.

went around 4pm while the place was completely dead. It was us and one other table. Our food took over an hour to come out and when it finally did it was cold. The kind of cold and hard food gets when sitting under a heat lamp for 20 minutes....this would have been no problem, but we were literally one of two tables in the entire restaurant. I highly recommend the Buffalo wild wings in Loveland. Totally worth the extra drive
