The past couple of times I have gone I have had horrible service. They constantly changing rules and charging for stuff we didnt get. Or charging for things they messed up on. Its gotten to the point to where we dont even want to go. Wed rather go to bww and spend our money there. As a restaurant manager I know that people are really paying for great customer service and honestly the last month we go in faithful every Monday and its just getting to the point where we dont think we are going back.

Of the two times I have been here, I have not had very good customer service at all. Waitresses were friendly, but not too helpful. Food is below average, for the same price you can get better food other places. Wait time is way too long, waited 20 minutes for a beer, only to receive a gin and juice. Two stars for not charging me for items I didnt order, but overall not a great experience. Would not recommend.

Food was okay, waitresses were really nice, restaurant and bathroom was FILTHY! Dried vomit on the toilet (first customers today, that should have been clean) hair and general filth on the toilets. The restaurant had old food like a whole shrimp and trash under the tables, if they will allow the parts of the restaurant that customers see to get that filthy I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Took forever to get someone to take our order! They were also out of several menu items and this experience really makes me not want to patronize a hooters ever again. We ordered mozzarella sticks and most of them did not even have cheese in them. Then when out food came out it was also incorrect.

The Service was moderate. The food overall was bad, this place used to be good but for now its awful and tasteless. The food is cold or spongy upon arrival and when youre trying to bite it can be hard to tear off. Its was not the expirence I was looking forward to.

Just got my food and tastes great. Beer taste great too! Service is ok. Atmosphere is nice but place isnt full which probably makes this visit good!! I received great tasting food today but this isnt always the case here. Today was a good day!!

While our waitress was courteous, it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. The wings were alright. We came in at 9 but didnt leave till midnight because after we got our food. We had to wait half an hour after we finished to get our bill.

Had the honey bbq chicken tacos that were delicious. The restaurant was clean with good atmosphere. The wait staff were friendly and engaging. This Hooters is better than many Ive been in, I will definitely be back!

One of the worst experiences Ive had at Hooters so far. Samantha waited on our table, and could not get the order right. Then she did not keep our drinks full and had a bit of a snotty attitude. Not a great experience.
