How did it take me this long to go here?! We went for breakfast and were thoroughly impressed with the food and the people working there. Really nice people and these guys know how to cook! We often complain that Waldo doesnt have any diners, just brunch places. Now we have a go-to place for breakfast. :) Eggs cooked perfectly, great pancake with crispy edges, perfect biscuits, sausage gravy is peppery and tasty and what is a classic breakfast without a chicken wing on the side? :D They are pretty close to a Peanut wing (this is high praise! - whole wing breaded, fried, then dipped) and you can get buffalo, bbq or no sauce. Their buffalo sauce is what I had and it is fantastic. Nice and tangy, good amount of heat. My eggs always get a healthy dump of hot sauce, so a nice messy chicken wing is great on a breakfast plate in my opinion. They will also let you sub bacon for the wing if that isnt your cup of tea. :) They also do chicken and waffles, which is what Ill get next time we go, which I hope is soon. :) We have seen about four different owners/restaurants in this building over the years and this one is cranking out by far the best food. Lets make sure they stay around!!!!

One of the most disgusting places I have ever stepped into. The whole place smelled like the kitchen. The place was small and they did not place the people before us in a way that if a big group (like us) showed up they wouldnt be able to sit all together. They got mad at us for moving tables around because they would get into trouble with the fire marshal. They only had the option for us to sit at two different tables. We all wanted to sit together so we decided to go to a different restaurant. Lets just say I am not going back any time soon and I didnt even try the food.

Had a great lunch with my husband in this relaxing pub. My order of buffalo hot wings, fries and a Coke was perfect! Their hot wings are large and tenderly meaty with this really good American traditional wing sauce. It appears the wings are fried in batter first, because they maintained good crunch, which is what I love! My husband had the rib tips, and I tried some: Talk about falling off the bone, smokey, tender juiciness!! The staff is quick, attentive and friendly! Im hooked.

Best place for everyone to eat, food is amazingly great! They know , how to cook it to your liking! Also a great place if youre an entrepreneur or having a business meeting because the atmosphere and customer service is excellent and it leaves me with new ideas as an entrepreneur to adding extra value to my very own customers. Decided to try this place out. Went in late in the afternoon and no one else was there. The service is friendly and the food service is fast and our food tasted awesome! Rib tips/Fries and Third base meal. Wings are bomb! Also can get breakfast all day! Huge plus. Dont bother with Jack Stack BBQ in the same parking lot. Go to game Day. Also had a Whiskey & Diet Coke and it was NOT weak. Will definitely return.

The owners and staff are attentive and the food is great. Their waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The fried wings are excellent. I have had breakfast on several occasions and also used their catering services. We picked up 100 wings for a staff meeting along with some seriously delicious mac and cheese. We called about 2 days ahead and they were able to make it happen.

I met business associates for lunch on a strong recommendation from a friend. I had the Slugger chicken sandwich ordered as listed. I should have stopped half way through. The portion was LARGE! Staff was friendly and our food was served quickly and hot. Gameday is on the short list of approved lunch locations in the area. Based on other reviews, French toast is on deck for next time.

Top notch place, chicken is perfectly battered, not greasy yet well cooked and moist chicken. And the waffles have a hint of vanilla. Making for a very good chicken and waffles. Will certainly be back. Wings with sauce are a tad too saucy...but this is minor. The service is friendly, quick to bring out food and take your order.

Came for breakfast on a Sunday mid-morning. Plenty of tables and service was quick. I had the 1st Base and the country potatoes are ridiculously good. Wing was awesome. House hot sauce on everything. Had to knock a star due the the boyfriends omelette having a fishy flavor. Oh and the biscuits were so. good.

Wonderful little breakfast, and lunch joint that makes you feel right at home the first time you visit! We got to seat ourselves, and had plenty of time to look over the simple, but sufficient menu. The coffee was fresh and the food was tasty. I would recommend to anyone who happens to be in the area.

Really good quality home style food, not too flashy, polite service. What I ordered there is similar to what I can get at a Strouds: I think they beat Strouds hands down on theirs sides and Id even be bold enough to say they do chicken better too; close call on that one though.

Aways nice food on point great soul food made fresh sweet potatoes are BOOM. & the service at my first few times there was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT now that they have hired more employees its iffy... I only give 4 stars due to the new servers. BUT NICE place

An admirable locally owned fried chicken and fish joint. Was okay. Combo deals were cheaper, so a plus there. I feel like I was swimming in salt. I love salty foods, but it was just too much. There was no good balance. Tables were too wobbly.

This will be my new goto wing place (liked it better then the peanut). Wings were great with a lot of ordering options.....full/partial wings. Cant wait to try some of the other menu options. Rad locally owned and glad to support.
