THIS ESTABLISHMENT DESERVES LESS THAN 1 STAR!! Do not go!!! long wait for food when no one else is there it was empty!!!poor service by owner!!! and order will usually be wrong and no care for making it right the mistakes are made!!!!!Worst Worst experience ever!!! I went to this place after hearing from my family that is was decent and close to home I got there and not any other customer was there but me and my family went to order and went over the order again with the male owner paid 47 dollars for 2 plates of brisket and never got my dinner and he acted like I had not told him about my order and then blamed the new machine on not sending the orders but never rechecked the charges and never offered to make it for free he just said I didnt tell him so I had to sit as my family had dinner and left and then I decided to maybe give them another chance because my family liked it so I ordered over the phone 3 sweet bbq and 1 extra spicy wings 2 fries and rice and when I got there my order was not complete and they had asked if I wanted jalapenos on the burrito I ordered for my child and I said no!! When I got home I have 4 spicy wings no extra spicy 2 greasy cold old looking fries and a burrtio with jalapenos I called the owner to tell him that the order was wrong and all he said to me was that his help took the order and they said it was right and that I can go back and get more food or he can give me my money back I had an appointment to go to and I was late because I had to get new food for everyone from another place why would I want food for my family that was already wrong twice. When my partner went to get the money back he only gave us 20 dollars back and when she told him about the burrito beong wrong and the rice being cold he just slapped his arms on the counter and said thats all he was going to give us back because he was doing us a favor by even believing me because usually he only believes his staff and will give nothing back to the customer so I shpuld feel lucky and I was trying to explain that it was not right he should refund me the full amount because it was wrong and I had to make a second trip and he said he is not going to do that since im the only customer that has ever complained and he then threatened to call the cops on me and sue me for slander if I post a review on his food that was wrong and say that he has made mistakes before and the wait while in there is extremely long and the food is sloppy so make sure you read the full review before going to this place who cares nothing for customer service or making it right when the mistakes were made all he wants to do is argue with the customer while doing business and say that he never has anyone complain and that he never makes mistakes its all of us that make the mistakes and that he can care less if I go back and to bad that I was not happy with his poor poor poor service bad when a small business cares nothing about keeping people happy and creating the best food experience for people when they enter the doors to his establishment Will NEVER GO BACK AND I HAVE A LARGE FAMILY OF 10 AND ALL OF MY RELATIVES WILL NOT BE RETURNING EITHER !!#!

This is hands down my favorite BBQ place in the area. The ribs are fall off the bone tender and the portion sizes are generous. The loaded potatoes are pretty amazing as well. One word of caution- heed the warnings on the menu about how spicy the chili is! Weve been eating at this place on a semi regular basis for quite a while and I can honestly say weve never had a bad meal. In store service is great. Tom and Maggie are always friendly and gracious. Its like dining with friends. Their delivery service is prompt and the food arrives hot and ready to eat. Give it a try. You wont be disappointed!

After hearing about this place from some friends I decided to try it out. Its a nice little place that has good atmosphere and friendly staff. The brisket was delicious and tender, the fries were great as well and the jalapeño sausage was really flavorful. Their watermelon sweet tea is just downright sinful. Even though I found the prices to be a little too high, I always love supporting local businesses so I will definitely be returning as I didnt get a chance to try their poppers or any desserts. Recommended!

I grew up in KC Mo eating at all the famous BBQ joints, I have eaten at almost every BBQ place in Memphis, South Texas and West Texas worth eating at and I will put this joint up against any of them. The brisket is fall-apart with perfect smoke flavor balance and the chicken is juicy and spiced perfectly. The sides are delicious but especially the fried okra and baked beans. Good ole Paris TX boy has learned his craft well. It is truly a Lewisville hidden gem. It is a must stop

These guys had made an unexpected trip to the Dallas area well worth the trip. The smoked brisket was fall apart delicious. Not many BBQ places in the north have banana pudding, so that was an awesome treat. Spoke with two separate employees when ordering delivery two separate nights and both seemed to be really nice and friendly people. All in all amazing food and great experiences with the staff. Wish I had a BBQ joint with this kind of menu and service in Minnesota.

Just tried this place for the first time. Food and service was awesome! Owner is very friendly & helpful. The fried stuffed jalapenos with jalapeno ranch dip are to die for. The brisket was tender & flavorful. Love the choice of 3 different BBQ sauces to self serve. The loaded mashed potatoes & baked beans were delicious. Restaurant was super clean and inviting. Will definitely be back. Spread the word ... help support a new restaurant choice in the area!!!

Worst BBQ ive had in the 2 years Ive been in Texas. Im sure it tastes okay to the out of towner, but after experiencing what this state can offer, i can tell you this is not real Texas bbq. The brisket comes shredded, or shredded. No turkey on the menu, and the ribs were soggy, definitely not worth the price. Just really poor, and they are cheap as well. Lady working raised hell over me grabbing an extra cup of sauce. Take your money elsewhere.

The sides are really good- I normally dont like mac & cheese from restaurants, but this was *actually* good. The chicken quesadilla was really good. I was tired when I ordered it, and was expecting plain chicken, forgetting that Im at a BBQ place, and that it was smoked chicken-- I was pleasantly surprised, and it was *really* good. The brisket is a smidge soft, hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Oh and their Dr. Pepper is really good.

I went for lunch and was only one there. I can see why. I ordered sausage and brisket. Both really bad. Brisket was a pile of grey meat. No bark, no smoke ring, no flavor. It looked and tasted like it came from a crock pot. Also, just a word on the name of the business...I could not get others to go with me because they assumed your food was spicy because of your name. Just FYI.
