This was, by far, the worst customer service we have ever had! We had never been to a "Spring Creek" before, so when we walked in, we really didnt know what to do. The signage was not good as far as giving directions. So we tried asking questions, which was met with rude and not so helpful responses. We were not given any bread which we were told we would receive when we sat down. (I had read previous reviews that said how great the bread was!) Well, that never happened. After we were all done with our dinners, we still had not received any bread. So my husband walked up to the counter to ask for some and the girl said she would bring us some when it was done. When the bread came out of the oven, she preceded to go to EVERY OTHER TABLE IN THE RESTAURANT to give out bread... EXCEPT FOR OUR TABLE!!! Then she went back to her station!!! I seriously could not believe that had just happened. I am not sure what in the world made her think that was ok but we will NEVER EAT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. We will also share our experience with everybody we know.

I have never been to this location and I will never return it was 4pm very slow only one table with 6 people and 1 other guest ahead of me. Not bad but the guy behind the serving line made me wait a good 3 mins before taking my order. Once I paid for my food I waited 3 mins for bread I asked the 2 guys behind the serving line and one said it would be a moment that someone was about pass the rolls I waited 10 minutes seriously really really! And still no rolls! My temper was boiling the young lady served a bag of rolls to the the 1 Customer and continue back to the other two workers for conversation. I addressed my concern with the manager he was not very sympathetic at all he brought 3 cold rolls oh my god that made me more mad. I know the rolls are free and a bonus I guess but still u pay for the food looking forward to those fresh hot rolls. 40 mins later because Im trying to kill some time finally the server comes out with some fresh rolls it they were so burnt. Wow never again

We visited on a Thursday evening about 7:30 and the restaurant was out of baked potatoes and iced tea! How do you run out of potatoes and tea in the middle of dinner? I asked repeatedly when the tea would be made and ended up waiting 20 minutes for tea! This location is poorly managed. We will visit the Mansfield location next time.

“Pricey for the food you get” Not an issue of quantity as I realize higher end restaurants are not known for a large volume of food, but are about quality. I found the food good, but not outstanding and when paying as much as this, I admit to having higher expectations that were not quite met.

Spring Creek is delicious! Love their ribs! This place is definitely for meat lovers. You walk through a buffet style line choosing your food then pay at the cashier. You pick your own seat (table or booth) & someone comes around with fresh hot rolls.

I never had been to this one but when i went the staff was not very friendly and the ribs were cold and had a weird smell and my sausage was cold as well and i felt like it could have been cooked a little more. The Irving one is the best!!!

I couldnt tell you how the food tastes, with the horrible customer service I couldnt even get any. The employees were more interested in each other then helping us. We stood there for 5 minutes without any service before we simply left.

We decided that we must try Texan style BBQ. We ordered ribs, sausages and chicken. The meat was awesome. Sides and breads were very tasty as well. We all enjoyed the dinner. For us Bostonians this was a great adventure.

If you must go to a BBQ chain in Texas, this is the one to go to. They are consistently good. Really though, you should be going to a local business. There are enough excellent ones around.

Hans and Jean-Claude never disappoint. The escargot is a must have and the duck was perfectly cooked and presented. The soufflé was a perfect wedding to a perfect meal.
