Picked it up after work one day. Dinner time on a Friday and the place had one customer in it. Asked the guy at the register if that was normal - he laughed and said it was, but it might pick up! Ordered the three meat plate with two sides. Ribs, brisket and pulled chicken. The ribs were super dry. The brisket was alright - sadly ive had frozen brisket better than what was available that day. Pulled chicken was just their chicken that they cut up... It too was super dry. Now, I can handle dry meat - so long as I can sauce it up. Sadly the bbq sauce provided was just terrible. I had the macaroni and cheese with cheesy potatoes for my sides. The mac was... Gross. Tasted like it had sat out all day. Stouffers had something on this bowl of mac; and thats kind of sad. The cheesy potatoes were bland and were reminiscent of plastic. I really, really wanted to like this place. Its on the way home from work and close to where we live. It would have been a perfect BBQ spot for us! Unfortunately going to have to hard-pass on returning here. All in all, out $14 for the meal. Didnt even finish it. :(

OK... We are in Dallas, Texas. Texas is synonymous with BBQ. So if you are going to operate a BBQ restaurant you had better bring it. The meats are less than impressive. They are tender, I will give them that much. However, the taste is bland. The texture is almost mushy. Its almost like it was cooked in a sous vide too long. I did not like the BBQ sauce. In their defense, opinions on BBQ sauces are subjective and can be as vicious as conversations of politics and religion. You cant make everyone happy with a single sauce. Wont hold that against him. The sides are nothing short of shameful. One could almost forgive the mediocre meats with high quality sides. we sampled most of the sides. Everything was bland. Even if you want to limit the salt for patrons, there are other seasonings that would make them worth eating. Im not sure how you ruin macaroni and cheese but they do it daily. If he fixed his sides and changed up his meat rub a bit, he could probably rock this neighborhood with BBQ. But as is, I will never breach the doors again.

I had to change this place from four stars to one star in a only one visit. Its extremely sad how about six weeks between time this place could go downhill. The food tasted like it was yesterdays food. All the barbecue was dry and old tasting. And nothing against Hispanic speaking people. But I only speak English. And no one here spoke English so they couldnt understand a simple thing as do you have a high chair. When I did get the high chair it was filthy covered in barbecue sauce and potatoes. I could not get them to understand that I needed them to wipe it down. I use hand sanitizer on paper towels to clean it . was extremely disappointed and I will not go back again

Ordered with Ubereats and was extremely dissatisfied. When the driver handed me the plate I thought surely something is missing because it felt so light for a three meat plate. And boy was it!! The portions were really small and the brisket was very dry. Only redeeming quality was the turkey and the sausage. The mac and cheese was watery and looked as if someone spit in it. Didnt even bother to take a chance on it. The beans were gross as well. To top it all off, I was missing my ribs that I was charged for. In all, I will never eat at this disgusting establishment ever again. I just want my money back for that atrocity. :-( :-(

Totally disappointed in this place. Food might taste ok if it was properly handled. Its obvious they have no idea about food safety. Jalapeño sausage tasted like spoiled meat. Everything seemed to be left overs for only God knows how long. It all looked smelt and tasted old. If Im being charged full price for a meal I expect fresh safe food to eat. I see some good reviews on here I can only assume theyre family members or friends. I see good restaurants struggle to stay in business it makes me sad this one somehow hasnt shut down yet. Stay safe and stay away.

Very very small portions bad customer service it was not enough for the amount I paid my husband will not be happy or full the baked barbecue potato was like a small potato you by from Walmart there was 5 small pieces of sausage on it for $12.00 rip off the big text sandwich looked like a egg and sausage breakfast sandwich I had to ask for sauce the sides are the size of a hockey puck terrible experience will never go back again $23.00 terrible

Ive tried them twice, once this year and once last year. Food was dry and tasted old...service was okay at best. Both times I took food to go and the orders were wrong. Weird considering they were not busy. Not much care given in service or food. I wanted to like this place but cannot recommend.

Where the service lacked the food and prices made up for. Todays special was beef, sausage, 2 sides and a 20 oz drink for $9.99. Cant beat that! They will also bring FREE fresh, hot rolls out to your table and then vanilla ice cream. Theres a drive thru, too.

The sides were god awful, bland and flavorless. The turkey and the sausage was edible if you are starving. The pulled was the worst Ive ever had in my life, no salt, no smoke flavor, dry, and chewy. I think it was boiled.

Its definitely better than the average place. The nachos are actually pretty tasty as well as it all. They have 3 sauce selections and everything else a standard BBq joint should have including the free ice cream dessert

Sometimes the brisket is a little dry, but its always tender. The pork ribs are really good, and the sides are nice. Load up your plate, but save some room for the best soft serve vanilla ice cream youve ever had!

Food was extremely hot but in a good way not the kind that burns your mouth..lol the staff was very polite and the best part is that after you get your belly full with delicious bbq,,they throw your trash away...

This was my first time eating there my girlfriend and 2 children and we all enjoyed it. Great down to earth customer service real hickory smoked BBQ I will definitely recommend this place!!!!

Great place for a $9.00 lunch!! And the tea is sweet. Ive had the brisket and the ribs and so far they have always been really tender and flavorful. Some of the best cobbler in town aswell.

Great value, YES, but great BBQ! We usually get ours to go. When we do eat in we always get their green beans. Yummmy. Their ice cream has a cinnamin flavor, so Ive been told.
