The people who work here are exceptional!! We took our two young children bowling here. One of my kids is sensitive to loud noises, and we didnt know that they play loud music here, as this was our first time in. My husband asked if they had any kind of ear protection, and a woman working there was kind enough to find some ear plugs. But soon, she came back with a brand new pair of headphones, and said she wanted him to look cool and have fun!! She also checked several times to make sure we were ok, and offered to bring us water or anything we needed. She just said she wanted to see my son have a good time. I just want to thank her and everyone there for going out of their way to make my little boy comfortable. He had fun and was able to bowl and enjoy himself. (side note : he also liked the queso) As a mom, I dont know if there is anything that means more to me than knowing someone cares about my child and his comfort. I was completely touched by how kind and caring everyone was. I will be sending a note to the manager to recognize the wonderful woman who helped us. Also, everything was very clean including the bathrooms, seating was comfortable, the food looked good (I only tried the queso).

Very disappointed. I was expecting a better venue, better service and better food based upon the price you have to pay to bowl. Major let down for a frequent bowler. *** This is not a place for a bowler***. Its a over priced Chuck E Cheese with booze You would think, at some $50 for 6 people to bowl an hour, you wouldnt have to share your chairs with the person you are bowling next to. That group had about 8-10 people, couldnt really tell because they were right on top of us the whole time, and they managed to basically take up all the seating. The arrangement is just awkward. While the business model is similar to Top Golf, which is so much better, the comfort level is no where near the same. At some point in the night, because the kitchen was so in the weeds, they shut it down. A huge let down. While our bartender before we started bowling was good, the service we had on the lane was not. Very slow and over the top rude. Oh, and when we ran out of time to bowl and tried to add time when our hour was up, the kids at the desk said we would have to get back on the waiting list to play more. What kind of system is that especially when the wait time to bowl was almost 2 hours. Horrible.

Do not order drinks here. The beer was stale, they put Patron in a Long Island Ice Tea, that over powered the drink. The food was "ok", but do not expect anything above your typical fast food place. Im unsure if they have a bartender, or if they just have the high school students that are waiters, make the drinks based on guesses. Out of the 5 of us that went, we returned 5 drinks, ended up only getting water. I am 33, I was probably the oldest person there on a Friday night. Pretty much every one is in high school or lower. Lots and lots of kids. Not a place for adults at all, which I guess I should have expected. Would not recommend, will not return. +1 the bowling balls are round and the lanes are decent. If you only want to bowl, thats fine, do not expect anything past that.

Cool place! The upstairs is 21 & over. Drinks are expensive. Expect to pay at least $9 for any mixed drink. They were REALLY good though! Id rather pay $9 for a great drink than $6 for a bad one. Its high tech, everything is the newest technology as far as the scorekeeper goes. You can even download an app to your phone and follow along. On the board, you can even see how fast you threw your ball! I feel like bowling was on the high side, but youre paying for the experience, the higher class clientele, and its in a nice neighborhood.

High 5 Is full of class. You have all the joy of a classic arcade & bowling alley, but with a jolted upgrade! Two levels of bowling lanes and modernized decor, bright LED lighting, classic & new arcade style games. The games have gotten a fantastic upgrade via player cards which keep your ticket balance on the card! No more messy paper tickets to count! Hold a birthday party here or a date night in the 21+ bar. New updated bowling shoes to boot!

The bowling, laser tag, and arcade are lots of fun. The food is expensive, but good. Their biggest flaw is it seems like they dont communicate very well with their employees, and they were severely understaffed. It was supposed to be $2 laser tag, but the employee "forgot" and was charging full price. It was very hard to find someone to order food from, and even paying for bowling was tricky to find staff to help.

2nd visit, we call before visit, and was told that if we come in the afternoon when we buy the High 5 card game so the kids can play at the video game we can pay $1 extra to add the Laser Tag game. We come with 9 kids, and were told sorry you were given wrong information. DONOT TRUST PHONE INFORMATION. FIRST VISIT Fun place my kids always love it. They do great job on birthday parties. However, LOUD

The kids bowl free program has brought us here, with the family pass added we can enjoy all summer family fun to get the heat. The staff is really great, professional and always have a smile. The lanes are well maintained, drinks are good, and the video games always win. With two floors of bowling and bars they have it covered. They also have party space and a dining area if you just want to hang out.

Affordable family fun! High 5 is a nice, clean environment to take the kids, and the prices are reasonable. Food is much better than the old-school bowling ally, definately recommend grabbing snacks (nachos, pretzel, fried green beans) or dinner (bowling and pizza, what’s not to like!). Pay attention to their specials: happy hour is a submenu of $5 drinks and appatizers, makes for a cheap outing.

State-of-the art bowling facility, good food and drinks. League bowling was fun, although held on the lower of the 2 bowling levels so loud for a person like myself with excellent hearing. All the adjacent games probably contribute to that, which is great for families, but not so much for the rest of us. For a date night, I would go for the upstairs bowling level which is a bit more upscale.

Compared to other places like this, this one tops them all. Nice choice of games to choose from, laser tag and two stories of bowling. Fun for all ages, including the adults with a great choice of drinks at the bar. We also went to a birthday party here recently and the party hostess took care of everything, really awesome for the parents to chill out while the kids go get crazy! Fun times!

Went bowling on the second floor and was very impressed all around. Our server was attentive, drinks were well made, atmosphere was adult friendly without tons of kids. Most of the kids seemed to stick to the arcade on the 1st floor. $40 bucks an hour for a lane so feels a lot like top golf. This is not your grandmas bowling alley!
