This place was really neat. I went on Thursday and its karaoke night with live band. It was my first time at this place and enjoyed my night. Only thing I didnt like was really not about the establishment, (Moonshine and Ale was real nice and clean and our server was sweet and prompt too,) but the order of chosen singers was off. We got to the bar and put in for songs to sing and the same people get selected over and over. I feel that if the bar knows people come to sing here then at least choose the ones who havent sung yet to sing next. If they suck, I get it, no one likes a sour note but at least let people on stage. I kept seeing the same few guys and girls up on stage but seen many others put in to sing long before. No one sings perfect but we all came for fun whether we sing like Adele or sing like Lil Wayne.... Other than that, place was fun. Great atmosphere. Met some down to earth people and had a decent outside patio to smoke and mingle and just get away from the loud live music for a bit. Coming back for sure.

Water is not given server free of charge despite a bartenders over serving. I literally had the owner spitting in my face over the matter in conversation. I politely excused myself from the bar as he had started his staff gathering to remove me when I brought the issue up. The prices are 2.50 for a bottle of water and are bot excusable for the issues that I had there. I approached the situation respectably and was treated like garbage by the man running the establishmanet. And I do not recommend the place any standard what so ever. Very displeased being the fact I am a local. And I plan on never being back. Especially in the circumstance of over serving.

Entertainment was great! The service was HIDEOUS. Went there for the first time last night. Had to stand around for up to 10 - 15 min at a time to even order a drink. The Male bartender virtually acted like he hated his job and everyone in the bar itself. Ignored those who were at the bar first and simply did a pick and choose of who to serve. The Entertainment from the Request band was superb though. Great audience participation they really highlighted the place. Too bad the rest of the establishment services ( i.e Service & Drinks ) could not be redeemed by the entertainment. Never going back.

Stood around for 30 minutes waiting on their machines to work for processing payment and they still didnt work. Tried to give them what cash we had and they said no and then they tried to write down our credit card info on a piece of paper (uhh, security issue??)! Anyways, we let the bar owner know that the service was bullshit and expected him to be understanding, but instead he openly disrespected my friend telling him "he had the wrong effing attitude". Needless to say we stormed out of there fuming and it ruined our night. No customer EVER deserves to be treated like that!

great beer selection, good appetizer, then the food just fell flat on its face. nachos, $8, was just cheese and a cut up hamburger. the actual burger one tablemate ordered was waaaayyy undercooked, red, not pink in the middle. we had to send it back. we then decided to cut our losses and got the check and left. i know were arent coming back anytime soon.

Great beer selection. More taps than anywhere else in New Braunfels. Not the cleanest place. There is always gnats in the restroom. Occasionally but still too often, a beer from the tap tastes bad. The kegs either been there too long or the lines are dirty. Good bartenders though.

First time was this past Wednesday, and enjoyed the music, crowd, and vive that we had to go again on Saturday. We were lucky to walk in and find and empty table, but its kind of hard to find one. Loved the Music!

Best place for awesome entertainment in New Braunfels. Get there early if you want a table. It gets busy. You will definitely have fun and meet some interesting people and see some interesting things.

Nice place to relax and enjoy a good time with friend. Good beer selection. Music is hit and miss depending on the crowd and type of music you like to hear. Wait staff is pretty good and attentive.
