Really good food BUT be prepared to wait for a 1/2 hour or more, and always check to make sure they give you the right order, most times I come in I order the 8 count and I am always short by 3 boneless wings. They always fix the issue but means you have to wait a little longer also. Defiantly be prepared for the wait... Last time I came in they had new staff and the girl upfront was not friendly at all, kind of rude... but there was a young man who kept checking on me and looking for my order he was really nice and I wish I would have gotten his name. Also this place is usually always packed and busy most days.

I usually go to the Wingstop on William Cannon but since this one was closer to my house, I decided to give it a try.....big mistake. The fries usually come with seasoning on them but mine didnt. So the fries were bland at best. The customer service was okay.

2 stars today, my order came out cold there is not need for that, if os made fresh. The cook in the back has an attitude when told and remarks that It WILL BE ANOTHER 18 MINUTES. Rude ppl dont please me. Good thing this is not my regular WingStop!

Generally good.. but if the employees have time too lean they have time to clean... soda area os generally a mess and you have to check your bag before you walk out cause getting home and finding out your missing a sauce is not worth going back...

My food is always hot and fresh. I was a server at different restutants and i know good customer service. They are very nice and reasonably on good timing being that im always pressed for time because I only have a 1 hour my lunch.

I know this place is fairly new, but no one bothers to answer the phone. If they do, they leave you on hold for more than ten minutes. Just like every NEW business, seems they have a lot to work on.

Took 38 minutes to get our wings after people came in after us. No flavor on the wings. One star due to water was good and there was ice. No sweet tea no rootbeer but hey there is always water!

Order online and came in to pick up my order 5 minutes after it was schedule to be ready and waited and extra 45 minutes for my order. Customer service needs work as well.
