I always tell them fries well done and they always give me uncooked fries one of the workers told me its not their fault i should always check my fries before I leave really its your job to make sure everything is well done just how the customer ask for and yall need to get better customer service there is times that the girl that answers the phone sound like a robot or a machine my suggestion are get better customers service and tell your workers to not talk back to the customers thats bad service

I ordered food last night, and I was really excited. This place is only 5 minutes from my home. Regardless of what time it is, I feel like my food should taste good. I ordered at 10:40, and said best pickup time was 11:30. My fiance went to pick it up and was waiting 20 minutes to get it. The seasoned fries were soggy and tasteless. The wings were cold and hard as a rock.

Wings are very good the customer service not so sure the young women taking my oder did great job . I saw she was trying to make sure everyone was taken care of after she was done with us. Her other employees can learn from her .I had to wait for the other employee to put her phone away she look very mad an unhappy to give me a refill .

Customer service is horrible. My wings have been coming out dry and they pour a whole bunch of parmassean chesse on top. They also gave me some dry bread tatsed like it had been sitting out for the night disgusted never going here again.
