This is the store in Weslaco, Tx. We go in sit at the bar for a few minutes before bartender appeared. Hubby orders double Crown and water. Price 10 bucks, OK. Then he tells me to smell his glass, it smelled like a sour dishrag! I order a bar tequila margarita, no bar tequila, gotta give you Patron, fine, I guess. Then we get the bill and we were charged 12 bucks for a top shelf margarita, when I cleary ordered bar tequila. Im sorry, but if you dont have what the customers order, you dont penalize them, because you didnt order enough bar liquor. Employees spent most of their time gathered at one end of the bar, with the bartender outside the bar with them. They seem to like wrestling and messing around more than working. And we were never offered a menu, or asked if we wanted food, which we did. Its no wonder why this place hardly ever has any business! We paid the check, tipped the bartender 2 bucks, why I dont know. Never again. Worst Ive seen in a while! Would love to talk to corporate about this place.

We have gone here a few times but this time will be the last time. If the menu has it listed it should be served, the valley doesnt have soup as listed on menu at all. Well the next thing I will say, after we got our food out from the wall or from the bottom of table a cockroach came out to too of table and disappeared right back from where it came. Then within a minute or so the manager passes by and asked how things are we told her what we saw and at that very second the cockroach came back onto table as the manager saw it and we picked up all the food and moved. Management came out and said they called exterminator but only took $10.00 off of bill as there was 4 of us, we dont need a free meal but thats just not how you handle customer service to make us feel ok about what happened just my thoughts here, but still tipped also. The star is only because you have to so you can post.

So Im normally not one to leave a bad review but I cant go with out saying anything . Today my pregnant wife was served a almost fully raw burger and you would think the manager would have comp the entire ticket which was only $30. Well she gave us an $8 discount on our meal. U would think that Cindy the manager would have done what ever she could in her power for us to leave happy but of course not. All we got today at Buffalo wild wings in weslaco was a raw burger that my pregnant wife ate several bits from and an $8 slap in the face well Im glad to say I will never go back to that place of business and I encourage you to be cautious when eating there.

We went there during the lunch hour on a Friday and the place was dead. We asked for the lunch special. Anibel, our server, said the special are only Monday-Thursday. I had to show her the menu it stated it was M-F from 11am to 3pm. She then stated the time of the special and said we cant order it because it is 5pm. I said my watch says 12:30, the clock says 12:30. I asked what clock she was using. She smiled and took our order. Had to get up repeatedly to find someone for drink refills. poor service, poor server. Anibel should seek a new career path. I will not be returning.

Food is ok but Always bad service. Every time Ive come here they dont have something from the menu. Ive given it three tries. I specifically go for something and they are missing an ingredient or an item. The Waitresses rarely come by. We had to wait almost 20 mins before ours noticed we were done and ready for our ticket. They look like they do not want to be there. So sad. I dont think I will be returning unless its for fried pickles; those came out quickly. But Its not likely that I will. Either way ... I left a tip. Always do.

Ive seen improvement in service since i came back to the valley. If you have a problem or question, the managers seem happy to help you & not at all condescending. They seem so confident that ive even seen one roll up her sleeve and start serving customers when it got really packed / crowded (during the Ronda Rousey, UFC fight.) (manager with the glasses) so kudos to you. Keep up the good work & give that manager patch with a big S & a cape for a super job.

Google assumes that Im gonna write how I liked this place. "What did you like about this place?" Really? Nah. Well... this place had gone down. Way down in the service aspect of it. Servers take forever to come check on you. Specially some pregnant server. She will deliberately chat up with other customers and make you wait, while you hold your card in the air, when youre trying to pay. I used to love Buffalos... not I dred going there.

i was not even greeted after I sat down. The The restaurant was empty and I literally waited 10 minutes for a server to come by and still no one came. I walked out very displeased. This is probably the worst bww in the valley. If youre in the mood for bww, I suggest driving the 15 miles to McAllen and getting better service.

Great place to go watch the Green Bay Packers play when the Cowboys are playing. Great reasonable food and good service. Many TVS so they can accommodate any game youd want to watch. Im the local Packer cheerleader and go around and high five everyone when the Packers make a touchdown.

The food is just like any other BWWs. The service is probably the worst in the Valley and some of the TVs are blurry. Honestly, the bar service is so bad I would recommend going to Wings and Rings which is right down the street. I would give this place ZERO stars, JUST HORIBBLE!!

This the third time I come and we getvthe worse customer service I ever seen. One thing I can say is i wont return until they fix thier attitude problem. Today i ask a waiter to change my order of drink and she told me but thats what you ordered and rolled her eyes at me.

My experience last night was bad manager and workers looked lost. I wanted to place an order and they wanting to do it there way when after waiting 30 min i was handed my order but not charged i had to wait then get someones attention to charge me crazy. night

I was very pleased with the customer service. Our waiter was very polite and made several trips to my table to make sure everything was good. A plus was a visit by the manager Casey to ask if everything was good and if there was anything I needed.

This place is horrible! The food is disgusting, we placed a to go order and when we got our wings they were extremely cold. I called to complain and got hung up on twice! the manager did give us a food credit but Im definitely not returning here!
