So I am a San Marcos born and raised son of 21 years, and had never visited your location before Saturday 12/5/15. I came around 8:30 with a friend of mine who visits your location quite often. He and I for the last few days had been building up the hype of excitement for my first time visit. Your location was exceptionality clean and all employees were very friendly so I compliment for that. After placing our orders (mine under the name "Ray") my friend and I went and sat down to wait. An order was called out which to me sounded like Ray but another man across from our table named "Frank" (I see how we both could have misheard correctly) stood up and went to pick up the order. I waited a few seconds to see if the man would either start enjoying his meal or have a puzzled look on his face, to see if may he recieved the wrong order. A few seconds passed and I noticed the puzzled look on his face which tells me that I was right about him receiving the wrong order (which my friend says happens quite often). I sat and waited while he went to complain about the order being wrong. He then came and sat down and continued eating (I guess he didnt mind the mix up). After a few minutes the name "Frank" was called out and the man with a puzzled look stood up and went to grab the order. There was a small conversation between him and who I think may have the manager (I assumed she told him that he grabbed the order incorectly). He took the second order back to his table and continued to eat both orders. I then waited for an apalogy or some kind of notice that my food was on its way (it never came). After about 5 minutes passed my friends order was called and he want to pick it up. Another 5 minutes passed so I went to go check to see if my order was being remade. After speaking to the girl who took my order she pointed me to someone else who she said would "fix me right up". I then explained my order and the woman said she would have it out shortly (which took another 10 minutes). So by this time my friend had eaten his order and I was left alone to finish mine. Overall the wings were great, atmosphere was exceptional and people were nice. I just wish my meal would have been given out correctly and on time. And without having to make sure it was being remade.

Just left the Wingstop in San Marcos and the service was AWFUL!!!!!! My fries were not done correctly and the cashier, who was very nice and apolgetic, stated theyd remake them. Instead they threw the same fries back into the grease as if reheating them would make them better.I told her I didnt want the friesand I would take the wings. I got my receipt and wings and walked out. Moments later I walked back in as decided I didnt want the wings either. The same cashier then called for the manager, Leslie, to interven and she offered to make the fries. I politely told her I didnt want the fires or the wings, and would like my money back. She proceeded to tell me that she couldnt refund my money because I paid with a card online and she would need corporate approval, and they were closed and it would have to be dealt with on Monday. I left because at that point i was so frustrated and angry I knew it was best to leave because I realized the level of incompetence I was dealing with. I would not recommend this place. This use to be my favorite wing shop.

Ordered online and was told when I got there that online orders are not priority, so you have to wait longer. Proceeded to wait an EXTRA THIRTY MINUTES, still no bloody food, and when I asked where mine was they said they lost the order. Are you KIDDING ME????? I had to repeat my order and wait another five minutes before finally receiving my food. An hour of my time completely wasted thanks to this restaurant. Wouldnt recommend.

Wingstop is awful!!!!! found a hair in my food and in my drink!!!! THEY NEED HAIR NETS FOR GUYS AND GIRL !!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN !!! AND there costume skill a awful the guy servicing us looked like he didnt want us there and it took 20 minutes just to get our food!!! THEY NEED A MANAGER TO MANAGE THEM!!! looks like they dont have one!!!!

We have been there twice now and the food is awesome. The staff well...it depends on who waits on you. The first time we had the GM and the second time just a clerk. The GM was fantastic and the clerk was meh.... she didnt look or act happy to be there. The food was awesome both times!

I had a sudden craving for wings and tried this place out. There was no crowd and Chris at the front explained to me my different options as far as tenders and wings go. I was then informed that Mondays and Tuesdays is $.60 wing day. Naturally, I ordered 10. Delicious!

Food quality is always fine, but they always mess up one of the flavors, and whatever retard is in charge of distinguishing bleu cheese from ranch needs to be fired, or at least have their eyes checked. Seriously, its made right, but its never what I ordered
