I got an email from BW&R saying it was my half birthday. I hadnt actually been back there in about 9 months since the new management took over and I got food poisoning twice. I questioned going since a friend of mine recently went and also got food poisoning, but I decided I would just stay away from the wings and eat strips. I cut them open to make sure they were cooked, and was pleasantly surprised at how good they actually were. I got to see our old waiter Chase, and he was nice as always. He said he only works there part-time now. I didnt ask, but I dont know why he hasnt been made the manager. He has been there for years, and has always been the best server we have ever had. He seems to truly care about food quality and the experience of his patrons. Anyway, I just cant give a wing place a super positive rating when they cant cook wings. I truly hope that changes soon, but for now I will stick to BWW or Wingstop, with the occasional trip to BW&R for some Sweet Thai Chili Tenders.

We get there Friday evening around dinner time, we were told there would be a 10-15-20 min wait. We were seated and ordered our drinks. My drink had a few lovely red curly hairs on the lemon. We ordered fried pickled as an appetizer, not only was there puddles of grease resting in the pockets of the appetizer, it was completely cold, like, this basket wasnt even sitting under a heat lamp! I told the waiter, and advised him to inform the cook that we will walk out if our wings are cold. Sure enough, we get the wings, and theyre cold in the middle! The manager did only charge us for rinks given that we could not even bring ourselves to eat even one wing. The waiter, though, he was great, the whole situation was really out of his hands. The place looked a little dirty, the carpet was filthy, and trash around my table.

A real letdown today. Its Super Sunday AND they were running a promotion for pick up orders. I tried calling 3 times and was hung up on each time, once after a near 10 minute hold. I finally drove there and was told they were out of "traditional" wings. This was on Super Sunday, not in the 4th quarter, but 10 minutes after kick off! How does a wing place run out of wings at game start on (I assume) one of the biggest night of their year? The place wasnt even full, there were several empty tables and no lines waiting for anything. We had to settle for "boneless wings" (which were done really fast, to be fair) and were not impressed. We are long time customers of Buffalo Wings & Rings and know they can do better. Today was a real let down.

One word: "YUCK" ! The wings tasted like freezer-burnt-microwaved chicken with poor quality buffalo sauce poured over it. The garlic parmesan also was bad. My 5-year-old son ate 2 wings then all the celery - at least it was fresh. The fried pickles were dripping with grease, and over cooked; no pickle flavor, just greasy hard slices; some crumbled in my fingers (we did not eat many.) Will NEVER go back there. I can microwave my own freezer burnt chicken if thats what I want. OH... the beer on tap was good ;-) thats about it.

Ordered take out, had to go back after it felt like our mild buffalo wings had no sauce. Take this as some serious criticism - fix your buffalo wing sauce. They mix their buffalo sauce with butter - stating it soaks in more. Seems more like you are cutting costs and I am not getting any buffalo sauce on my wings. Taste like a bland fried chicken wing, like a plain greasy wing. The sauce is a joke and you need to take this feed back seriously. The Thai wings and the Garlic-q were great. We will not be back for buffalo wings.

Service was great ,food was even better , I certainly recommend this place to everyone to try it out . Wings were so juicy and tasty ,onion rings and fries were so good .Ask to try the garlic sauce on the fries. Me and My girlfriend Will be going back soon. Our waiter was Mike Young guys was always checking on our table and provided with Great service. The bartender actually came out to my table to bring me my drink and Our Food was out shortly after.

Have been numerous times and the food is always great. Service has gotten worse and worse each time I have been. Today was the final straw. Waitress decided to give herself a tip out of my change and when questioned about it I never got an answer or the balance of my change. That was not the only problem, they are extremely slow on drink refills. Location in Round Rock Texas. I hope the other stores are better

The traditional wings are good here. The lemon pepper dry rub is awesome. The service here is poor. If Pluckers wasnt so busy weed probably never come here. Ive been here 3 or 4 times, every time the service is slow to nearly non-exisitent. If you go here be prepared to wait a while for a refill and do not expect any pre-bussing of your table. Someone should really take the time to properly train the wait staff.

Decided to try this place out and was not impressed. I started off with a basket of onion rings to share with my girlfriend that were overcooked. We then each ordered 5 boneless wings that were brought to the table with bone in. After waiting another 15 minutes for that to be corrected, mine were a bit dry. With only 3 people in the entire restaurant, I expected the food to come out tasting better.

I love their boneless wings.!!!! I tried this place abt a month ago and I fell in love.!! Their bone-in wings arent that good, but the tenders and the boneless wings are great. And the sauce is great.!! They have many great choices.!! I havent been able to stop goin to this place. The service is pretty good, and they dont take long to bring your food after you order. Thumbs up.!! :-)

We love this place! Been there a few times since moving here. ....always amazing food and servers. ...kinda slow though. .....everything canceled that out though. I never reviewed it though. ...and i regret it. We went to a place (rhythms with suckers) and it was so bad. .....the whole time we were "should have gone to wings and rings" Thanks for the amazing food and servers !

We waited for 10 minutes to be seated on a saturday night. The place was was not even half full and we waited another 10 mind after we got seated before we walked out. There should be a manager there because it looked like the place was being run by a couple of 17 year old kids. The food looked good but we never got to try it. We went to another wing place down the street instead.

I thought Id stop in to mix it up from my usual wing spots and wish I wouldnt have. The waiters were completely out of it, and screwed up our order. Once they got it sorted out, we received bowls with the wings in them drowning in a pool of sauce. If thats your thing then youll love this place, but I dont like soggy overly saturated wings. I dont plan on going back.
