Dont frequent this place, the store owner called me a low-life and treated me like dirt after getting my order wrong. They gave me cheese sticks when we ordered a cheese steak. We tipped $3 on a $6.48 order, totaling $9.48. When I returned to ask for a cheesesteak, I explained that we were from SC and perhaps it was our accent. He said they are from Philly and all over the US its pronounced "cheese steak." He said they didnt make the mistake. When I realized he was being condescending I said that I would rate them. In hindsight I dont believe he understood what I meant because his reaction was to call me a low life, and told me to get out of his store and go back to SC. He gestured to threw my food at me. As I was leaving, I tried to record what he was saying but since I had someone on the phone, I could not. He pushed me and grabbed my phone and said "You cant record people." I was thinking you cant push people either. Apparently you can. According to law enforcement, since there was no bodily harm, there was no assault. I didnt lie and say it caused me bodily harm but this experience shook me to the core. To make matters worse, the officers actually asked me to go back inside and apologize and everything would go away. I doubt they would learn that their wife or daughter was treated as such and suggest she go back and apologize. His police call said I refused to leave and caused a disturbance. Yet I have video of him following me to my car and taking pictures of me, he was antagonistic. Yet they chose to believe this store owner was justified in calling me names, pushing me, and grabbing my phone, threatening to throw my food at me. Despite my higher education and credentials, on that day I was simply a customer, treated like dirt. Needless to say he wasnt even issued a class C misdemeanor like the officer suggested he would. After visiting the police station twice, I have no information on who this guy is. No employee or business owner should handle customers, women or anyone that way, and not be consequenced. Very poor customer service, his behavior was egregious and should not be tolerated. I would not recommend them to my enemy.

Our "loaded" (as the website claims) meat lovers pizza delivered tonight had NO sausage and NO beef. We Called to give them a chance to make it right. As a business owner, I would want that opportunity. The Owner/manager was outright rude, said I was overreacting. He argued with me for 10 minutes on the phone, claiming that he knows, because he made the pizza. He finally listened just long enough to hear me - that there was No beef and No sausage, not just a complaint of "not enough" To clarify, he asked, "do you mean there isnt even one little Itty bitty piece of beef or sausage on the pizza?" I said, "that is correct. There is None" With that, he offered to send his driver to come to my house and inspect my pizza. (How very thoughtful and customer service friendly) If NO beef or sausage was found, he would replace the pizza. If "one itty bitty piece" was found by his driver when he dissected my dinner, he would not replace the pizza. What he did offer, was he would believe me and give me 1 free topping next time. I assured him that with his lack of concern for his customers there will not be a next time. With this approach and lack of ethics, there is no telling what other corners he cuts behind the scenes. Yikes.

Used to like it as it was one of few options for New York Pizza. Fortunately I found one down the street instead with better pizza and better customer service. This place is terrible. Terrible owner. Called in one day, ordered "the largest cheese pizza you have", as they wouldnt tell me the sizes over the phone. Got there and found they had made a large. I stated I asked for the largest, so what was their largest because this wasnt it... They told me some name and just said too bad, you didnt say that, so we didnt make it. Frustrating, but I could understand that to a point, but their attitude with me was completely uncalled for. One day, we are eating inside with my extended family. We go to get a cup and drink and sit down to wait for our order. A bug crawls off the cup, onto our table. We take the cup and bug to the owner, trying to show a problem. He takes the bug, squishes it with his fingers, drops it at his feet, and says "no problem, just a bug". He then continues working with food. That was the last time I went there. Rude owner, questionable hygiene. I should call the health inspector.

I loved this place, we would order from them and stop in all the time. I would look forward to Fridays just to eat there. My girlfriend and I found this place through Google search and went in DESPITE the bad reviews of terrible management. Then one day it was raining so my girlfriend order delivery. An hour and a half later she called to find out what was going on time-wise. The older woman at the front answered and told her that it was listed as take-out. My girlfriend politely stated that she had ordered delivery, this was met with them telling her she had to pick it up or they would "bring it when they could". No apology for the misunderstanding. Since my girlfriend works in customer service she was horrified by the treatment and asked to speak with the manager. This was a mistake, she was yelled at and cursed at. We loved their food and it still makes us both very sad that there are such HORRIBLE people that work at this establishment. Maybe one day theyll learn to treat their customers better. The food brings you in but sadly the service will force you out the door.

I wish I could write this without selecting a star at all. Avoid this place at all cost. I walked in to place an order to go and the manager/owner at the counter did not understand me when I said Let me grab my wallet from my truck. As I left to retrieve my wallet, he began lecturing me on my attitude. I tried to explain why I was leaving and actually apologized to him if he misunderstood what I was saying. I told him not to worry about the order and to have a nice evening. As I was halfway out, he commented on my attitude again. Ultimately he dropped an F bomb when I was partially out the door. Fortunately, the place was completely empty & no one else had to hear this guy. I walked back in and asked him to repeat what he said - he didnt but tried to goad me into a confrontation by challenging me to get closer so I could hear him better. This guy looks like hes in his fifties but behaves like a 12 year old. Unbelievable.

My buddy told me about this place so I decided to try it. I have tried many pizza places in the area. I dont order this type of food often because I have been disappointed and disgusted with some of the food I have had delivered around here. Today was different. The guy on the phone was prompt and quick. I ordered the Lazagna, Greek Salad, and a Cannoli. It was delivered in 25 minutes flat, the delivery guy was friendly and food was very fresh. The Greek Salad had big blocks of feta, fresh tomatoes and the lettuce was crisp! I have had better Lasagna but dont get me wrong, its still good and it was a hot, HUGE portion. The canoli was spectacular also. My meal could have easily fed 2 people with an average appetite. I will order from here again.
