This its the third time we ate here in the last week. Let me put it simply, for my last meal it would b from here! Homemade chips n salsa and a few cold glass bottles of coke! Any time we r in texas we will b back! The staff is as awesome as the deliciously prepared food!!!! I cant put it into words how great this place is, u just have to go there and try it yourself! Its the best!!! I have to give a shout out to the guy at the front desk, awesome personality and great food recommendations! Thanks buddy, c u soon!!! Kisses to the chef also! WOW FIVE MONTHS LATER AND WE R FINALLY BACK FOR THIER DELICIOUSLY FABULOUS FOOD!!! IM SO EXCITED, FIVE MONTHS IS TOO LONG BUT BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!!! Ok now its the end of april 2013 and we r finally back again! FAVORITE MEXICAN PLACE IN THE WHOLE COUNTRY!! I would know IM A TRUCK DRIVER AND AM CONSTANTLY TRAVELING THE COUNTRY!!! :)

La comida con un rico sabor el presio es muy razonable el servicio no es tan bueno las meseras estan como gallinas en un corral tienen mesas por todo el restauran. No les asignan una secion. Esta mañana tenian la temperatura en 64° toda la gente con chamarras por que parecia una hielera de frio. La dueña le dije y nunca dijo disculpen. Solo digo que ella iba llegando y no sabia.

Only giving you ONE star so I can make this review. THE SERVICE SUCKS. I used to come here for a while and they were great , now its horrible. I went in today and they told me to sit. We sat for 20 minutes waiting to see if theyd come take our order. THEY NEVER DID. We walked out and the lady in the front desk didnt even notice and she was just on her phone. The waitresses did see us and walked right past us knowing NO ONE had even come up to us for drinks. We waited in the parking lot and I called and asked to speak to the manager and she hung up. She did hear me because she said give me a minute. I called again and she pretended it to be able to hear me. Food is GREAT but they really need new and more mature people working there because they really dont care.

This place was very bad. Its been many years since I stop by but today my husband and I decided to support the local restaurant. Sorry we did, the food was pretty bad, the cheese dip tasted funny, the nachos were burnt with dried up beans, fajitas meat did not look or taste like fajitas meat and flies all over our meal. Spent to much time trying to keep the flies away to even eat. No one came by to ask us how we are doing or hows the food. I am sure they know it SUCKS!!! When I said something about the flies, I get this look from the cashier like she didnt care. These people who run this restaurant place have no business in the restaurant business.

I came in to the restaurant at about 6.30 sunday, 11/20. Stood at the counter waiting to be seated. Several servers made eye contact with me, and didnt even knowledge i was there. I walked to the bar and talked to the bartender and she knew i was waiting. Went back, and about 5 minutes later i went up and told another young man behind the bar i had been waiting for some time. It wasnt that busy, there were plenty of waitresses and yet, no one, i mean no one, even talked to me. I left. Ive been coming to Rancho for several years (before the "upgrade), and I will not come ever again. I cannot believe the bad, no not bad, lack of entirely, service.

Terrible please avoid this place...ok the chips were cold n old the salsa was half frozen...when I ask for fresh chips she told me those are fresh. .waooo cold and manteca smell. ..than it took 40mins to bring the food to find out it was pathetic the carne guisada was probably from the day before I did ask what fresh n made today she said la carne guisada porfavor yo se una carne vieja. ..that was my first time n last time I visit this place rude people terrible food...just avoid to regret it ...there are ceiling tiles missing exposing the insulation not a pretty sight when you eating. ...

Tacos are really good (the street tacos 1.25 ones) Ive been coming here since 2003, 2004....and Ive never really tried anything else. I only go for the tacos. They recently remodeled the restaurant, and I must say it looks A +. It has a very professional feel to it now. Not your normal Mexican resturant layout. Its obvious they spent some serious cash remodeling the inside. They got a good thing going there. The cashier ( I think its the owners son) He is very kind, considerate, and will make things right if they accidentally make a mistake on an order. 5 star rating, easily.

all this people complaining like dammm chill the heck up ! do you complain like this your whole life aint no restaurant perfect you will never find one ! but thats your opinion and this is mine family own buisness thats an A+ ! i think its a very good place to eat and chill and from now on im coming to watch the cowboys game here , and have some drinks by the way micheladas are great ! and prices are great ! service its aswome ! so yea my star rating is a 10 !

They have the worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered 2 dozen tamales 2 days ago. I even told them when I needed (time and date that I would be by to pick up) and they did not have them made. I called 2 days in advance as THEY requested and they still did not have the tamales ready. I needed them for work and this really put me in a bind. THANKS El RANCHO . I will never eat there again. I will make sure let others know how you treat your customers.

Es muy mal servicio no saben atender al cliente yo ordene por teléfono y cuando fui a recoger mi orden no la tenían lista es un estúpido servicio no se los recomiendo para nada hasta por 5 tacos se tardan una hora

I came to celebrate my job promotion, and I took my mom with me. When I entered it didnt feel welcomed . After that I felt rushed, my food was soggy and had a piece of hair in it. I told the waitress about it and she didnt even apologize for it. As soon as I paid my tab, I was leaving the restaurant , and they immediately turned off the lights outside not caring if it was already pitch black. I wouldnt consider coming back.

Super pésimo ese lugar no sirve para nada... las meseras muy groseras no lo atienden con amabilidad... y la comida se tarda mucho.. Si siguen asi no tendra ni clientela... por eso la gente se va renegando

First of all this place is a fake out... the outside looks like the place is going to be a nice restaurant. It is not!!! The inside is old and smelly. When I first walked in I got a weird look from the “hostess”, and then when he saw my husband he acknowledged our existence. There were flies everywhere and no AC. I was not able to eat my food due to the fly situation. Never going back to that place!
