Hoy en la tarde pedi un chile relleno y que asco por no decir malas palabras pero mi chile tenia una cucaracha no supe q acer me contube solo le pedi a la mesera q retirara mi plato x lo q tenia ,le hablo a la manager y ella x su posicion tenia q disculparse y no lo iso. Tonta yo q no tome una foto al platillo pero el asco q tenia solo me iso sentir casi qrer aventar el plato.

Came once before for breakfast and it the food was okay. This is our second time coming here and the food was nasty we ordered what the waiter suggested to us. Okay cool, Immediately my girlfriend said her food smelled like an OLD DIRTY WET RAG. GROSS!! After convincing her that it didnt smell she tryed it and spit it out... she loves green enchiladas, but this she couldnt eat the one bite. I tryed them, I agree, so gross the chicken tasted dry as if it been laying out for hours, and the green sucse was over salted. And this after we had gotten our drinks given in unwashed glasses, with day old lime wedges, FOOD WAS STILL STUCK ON THE GLASS!!! We wont be coming back to this place. Ever!

Tardaron mas de una hora en darme lo que ordene, también pedi queso flameado y me lo llevo sin tortillas y en lo que tardo en regresar con tortillas se enfrió el queso, y lo peor de todo ed que mi bebida tenia como un animalito.... jamas regresare, no se lo recomiendo a nadie. La comida no estaba tan mal.

VERY LOUD MUSIC, POOR LIGHTING,CASHIER VERY RUDE. Everyone yelling at each other because of the music being loud when waitress takes your order she yells at you back cuz music loud. Then messes up our order cuz she didnt hear us had to wait again and reorder. Brings out order one at a time so once our order is complete our food is cold. If you want ONIONS IN YOUR ENCHILADAS they charge you $1.00. We used to go there alot with no problem it must be under new management. Will not reccomend to go there. And the hostess was a guy he gets up and sits US with an attitude like we bother him. NOT A GOOD ATMOSPHERE TO EAT AT!

They have the worst customer service ever. Nobody greets people and when they finally come to the front, they are rude and not professional at all. Also, the restaurant is nasty. As you walk into the restaurant, I noticed the disgusting walls full of dust and spiderwebs. That only makes me wonder, if it looks like this where people can see, I dont even want to imagine how this place looks like inside. I left this place. There is no way I can eat food from this nasty place. It is not hard to believe this place has rats as someone mentioned in these reviews.

The food is good ill give it that however their lack of attention to customers makes you think about going back, Ive been here 3 times hoping I was wrong and being to harsh but no all three times they take up to 10minutes to sit a tanle of 5 even when Im making constant eye contact with the waitress they didnt even say theyd be with us soon, then the order too takes a good 30minutes to come out and it was not even half way full with more then 8waitress the place is not big so they need more practice or better servers.

Very tasty Mexican food, nice environment except when the new manager (6/14) cranks the music up way too high. That lost them 2 stars from me, I used to love this place. Friendly staff, good prices. The food matches meals Ive eaten in good restaurants in the city of Morelia, so its authentic Michoacan food. Some of the dishes are spicy-hot, and not toned down for Gringo tastes - so ask, if you dont like very hot dishes.

Food was ok . Place was freezing and kept playing regueton music in the background, drunks on a corner being loud and then they had a group of musicians for a Birthday party. My Chile relleno plate came with beans, rice and salad of which the beans and Chile where smothered in cheese and salad also had yellow cheese on it. My dad likes the place.. He Recommends Pechuga Michoacana

I had service waited 20 min for a refill of water couldnt find our waiter. We Ordered a parillata for 2 we thought was Good price well like they say you get what you pay for.. meat was cold, they gave us 4 strips of fajita, 2 pieces of a tablita which dont even equal to one. Enchiladas were quesatillas.. Smh.. never again will be going to this place dont recommended..

The only reason they are getting three stars is because when we finally got our food it was really good, to bad the service sucked. Our waitress was rude and I thought I was going to have to send up flares to get refills on our water. I think next time, if there is a next time, we will just get our food to go and eat at home with our own tequila.

Found something in my beans...dry, black, fuzzy piece of something, couldnt tell exactly what it was. Waitress stated it was a piece of old lettuce.. Well it didnt look like lettuce to me. On top of that she said, "well I took it out already, it should be fine now".. Um no... Bring me a new plate!

I always come here with my family. And the food is authentic, the tortillas are made right there. And this place has a really great atmosphere, their parking lot is small so that was a problem for a long time when they get full, but they recently got a valet working so its a lot better

We were eating the chips and salsa and we got a new plate of them and after we saw a cockroach come out of there were never going back there horrible experience the waiter got rid of it and didnt say anything not every the manager was there we left after

Service was bad waited 30 minutesfor r food which we never got in up leaving just payed for drinks. No apologies no manager to ask if everything was alright .R waitress was on the business phone twice maybe taking orders who know .I will never go back

Very poor customer service. Waiter messed up our order and after an 1hr and 30 minutes of waiting we were told they were out of certain food. If your looking for something similar, Las Ranitas is a way better choice.
