Last Friday I went to the chicken the restaurant was a bit full of customers and I met a very cheerful girl, then a fat, ugly man ordered him very badly not to take my order and it was to back q apparently she did not deveria to take orders and she answered in a bad way, from then on before the problems started, I did not bring soon the chicken to order and when I brought it was raw, he estube talking the fat man who apparently was chief all and never ignored me when a waiter ignored me, the with grocera voice I order q withdraw from my desk, I never did anything wrong, I just wanted to do to me and changed my chicken or me I give more cooked is step fifteen minutes and no one to listen to me, and I stand with the fat man and I started to cry in front of all the people who did not take off time never yoo I was upset, finally a very bad depressing service and Ill never go to that polleria, I live by that course and talk with some people, say the service is very bad, I do not recommend it

Muy mal servicio la semana pasada vine y resulto que no tenia pollo listo me dijeron puede esperar 8 minutos y esperar media hora, entre y le digo a la cajera me cancelas la orden e inmediatamente me dio la orden no tenian pollo pero si estaban tomando ordenes .... mmm dije ok suele pasar . Llego hoy nuevamente y la chica me toma la orden por ventanilla cuando llego a Pagar resulto que la chica no metio mi orden .... como que necesitan ponerse al tiro .....!!!!

I worked down the street from this place and never bothered to stop in just because I thought they only had chicken since thats the only thing I saw my co workers bring back to work. I decided to stop in a month ago just to see what the hype was all about. First, the staff greets you with a smile. Second, food time is quick and quality is damn near perfect . First time I ate here I ordered the carne asada. When they brought out the little cubed meat, I thought to myself this is going to be dry since is was thinly cut pieces of cubed beef. I was amazed as the meat melted in my mouth. They beans are tasty(Im not a big bean eater but I gobble theirs down). Their numerous types of salsa is outstanding. They let you know how spicy each sauce is. Ive tried everything on the menu one and cant complain about any of it. Only item I wont try is the mole. Not a fan of any mole.

Food is really good when fresh, today ordered the Monterrey chicken and it was dry and hard as a rock; went back to get a new one and they where out!! AC not working !! Why does every Pollo Regio doesnt have AC? 100+ degree weather ! Is Texas people !!

Best grilled chicken you can find anywhere at a great price too, always get the lunch special. Service with a smile and good atmosphere. Super cute girl behind counter is so sweet, the icing on the cake for my experience.

There enchiladas were uncooked tortillas full of sauce and a little bit of cheese I asked for them to simply replace my order and they refused the lady was very rude will never return to this location again.

This place is amazing!! I luv the 1/2 chicken lunch special. I can eat on it for two days easily!! Clean friendly fast service. Great alternative to fast food.. Green sauce is super Hot watch out!!!

I love this chicken! Dont know what ingredients they use to marinate it but its extremely addicting. Oh yeah, you have to try the green sauce, I usually order extra, its sooo good!
