Weve been to Spirit Grille many times and although I love the food and the prices are great weve always gotten awful service. Weve been there when only 2 other tables were occupied and a handful of people at the bar and we still cant get good service. Ive read the other reviews and so many praised the service and Im wondering why we have so much trouble. Ive spoken to the manager twice and nothing seems to get any better. As I said I love the food so i want to continue to go, but when you cant get menus, water, ketchup, or the order placed right it really leaves a negative feeling.

High class attitude without the actual class. Asked for a lonestar (Im an out of Towner) and was told they dont serve it, which would be fine, except the bartender then went on to list a whole bunch of other cheaper beers that they dont serve here, obviously talking down to me for some reason. Weird thing was, they had bud light, highlife and several other not premium beers. Sorry for asking for the most common beer in Texas, my bad.

Ive gone to spirit grille for years! I love this place! Staff is friendly and very experienced bartenders. Food is delicious! Have lunch menu! Happy hours. Not cheapest place in town, but not real expensive either! High quality food and service always. Kids are welcome. I dont take my 10 yr old with me super late, but i have taken him around 7 for dinner. Everyone is nice and friendly. Lots of regulars.

This could be a GREAT place. I met many fun people and we played great songs for OUR crowd to hear, but the bartender had a remote that skipped over $20 of our songs, gossippwd with his friends, and made it feel like a CLANNISH place . This place owes me money that we spent to enjoy as customers and this money was not intended solely for the bartenders ego trip.vApril 19th 2015

Could be the Cheers of Irving. If you come here more than once, youll probably already know everyone by the second time. some of the best bar food around. Their special wings are a definite go-to item. The staff is usually great depending on whom you get. Some definitely care more about how much theyre getting tipped than serving. Lots-o-TVs with sports. Trivia. Karaoke.

This place was introduced to me by a local and its been one of my favorites ever since. The atmosphere is always confortable, whether youre in the mood to watch sports, drink/smoke, eat or just socialize. Great club sandwich, great drinks, very friendly staff and always interesting guests. Way to go Randy and Ashley! Michael

Ive been here only twice (from out of town) but absolutely love it. Wings crispy with salt and pepper are awesome, dip in hot sauce and ranch. Got the burger with hatch chili peppers on it - flipping amazing. Really amazing bar food, local beer, and a cool bartender that looks like Sal from impractical jokers....

I am a visitor from Tucson AZ. When I sat at the bar there was a very friendly feeling. The service was great and the customers were talkative. It was even mentioned that this was the Cheers of Dallas. Two people said that it was a friendly neighborhood bar (without my asking). One said the wings were the best.

Great food, atmosphere, service, drinks, and pricing. They earn each of their 5 stars. I looooove the spirit wings and the Spirit Burger is one of the best Ive tasted...but the menu has a LOT of other great items. I always bring my out of town friends in and its a regular spot for me and my co-workers.

Always a quick and relaxing go-to restaurant for lunch in Irving. My friends are always happy with the selection of menu items, and the staff is quick and attentive. The prices are great too. The half and half soup and sandwich lunch is perfect. I recommend the turkey melt or the club sandwich.

The service is great. The food is amazing! If you go during lunch and you only have an hour, then order off the lunch menu as you will more then likely be more then an hour. I always call ahead my order before I show up to sit down for lunch that way its ready.

All the time forever the service is great and everything on the menu is great. The chicken spinach salad is unbelievable. Chicken fried steak is great. Ann three chicken dinners incredible especially the jeres chicken. The Ruben is awesome. Salmon too.

The staff are so nice. When eating or relaxing here you have the older crowd instead of the teenagers. Which is nice! Food is wonderful an greatly priced.. Nice play to watch sports or just to chill with friends an family... Well done guys

I came here to watch the east-west nba all star game, and ordered their special spirit burger. I aksed for medium and burnt it. ir wasnt edible at all. the environment and the service was not freindly.

Would have never believed I was at a bar in Texas besides the rangers playing. Pool table is there but theres not alot of room to play. Atmosphere is great for those wanting to watch tv away from home.

Stopped in for lunch on a Monday, and the place was not very busy. This is a bar, but the food is really good, and reasonably priced. (under $15 for most) Nice atmosphere, the waitstaff was great!

I wasnt a huge fan of the atmosphere. Mostly an older crowed, but from a food perspective it was GREAT! Had the cheesesteak and would highly recommend it. Very good.
