Horrible Manager!! We had given special set of instructions for the surprise birthday, personally to the greeter who assured us that the instructions will be followed, however, when time came nothing was followed. When we inquired why it was not followed, the manager literally started screaming "it is illegal we cant do that". Well I had no idea what she was referring to as illegal, was it serving liquor on 21st birthday was illegal or serving liquor at 00:01 am was illegal. I am not even aware of any such rules but even if it was, they should have informed us ahead of time. If they forgot to inform us, they could have at least explained it to us properly instead of yelling out making a scene. So this was what was supposed to happen, we had planned the surprise after contacting Buffalo Wild Wings over the phone. We will turn in the cake and candles before 9 pm, we will come back with 11 people at 10:30, server will bring cake at midnight for Birthday with a shot for 21st Birthday. Everything was going as planned. We handed in the cake at around 8:30 pm, we informed them we will be 11 of us, she even asked us what kind of shot would we want along with the cake. Everything was set. However, when we walked in, their was different greeter. She rudely told us that they were not expecting us and asked us to wait. We waited for about 15 mins which we were kinda fine with. Then we order our meal and we reminded the server about our plan and he assured us that it will be carried out. We reminded again at 11:55 pm about the midnight cake cutting. It was 12:01 am server was nowhere to be found. it was 12:05 am server was nowhere to be found. Then we started looking for him and we finally found him after few minutes. Finally at around 12:15 am, he arrived with the cake inside the box, with the candles on the side. No shots. When we inquired about it he asked us to talk with the manager and that when she started creating a scene.

The last time I came here was a couple of years ago. The food back then was probably the best BWW in the Metroplex, great size wings, comes out hot, perfect amount of sauce, and the service was great. Over the past couple of years, it seems that this location has fallen apart. On my most recent visit, it appeared that the business was shortstaffed. Shortstaffed to the point that 15 minutes after we were sat down by the host, the server finally decided to come to us. We are in a party of four. She took our drink orders, got one of the drinks wrong. Then left and came back 10 more minutes later to take our food orders. We had to wait another 35 minutes for 40 wings, onion rings, and a chickenstrips basket, all of which came out lukewarm to almost cold. One of the wings orders was wrong, so she took all of the wings for that order back. Then brought out another wrong order of wings. At the end of it all, I was very disappointed with the service, the quality of the food, and how poorly the restaurant was being runned in the front and in the back. Now I remember why I havent been to this place in the past couple of years.

I find it funny that this place gets a lot of bad reviews but Ive been coming to this place for 5 years and the bartenders and staff have been the best. Of course I find this place cool because well they know me and a few friends. Very attentive in everything. The food is what is expected. They offer the big fights for free as long as youre there getting something to eat or drink. Dont be that cheapskate that orders water and watches the fight. They do spend money to show the fight so why not give back by ordering something. Its a lot better than going to other places that charge you 10 to 15 bucks just for the entrance. Also when theres a big game going on they will have the sound on. If you want to watch another game. They will gladly put it on for you. We are there for a lot of Mavs, Cowboys, soccer games. This is our go to place for games. So if youre into sports especially local sports and bar food. This place is for you.

Crap BWW location.. run by young kids with no respect for customers and worst management ever .. I would not recommend this location to anybody... I happened to go with my family yesterday and I was treated very badly.. Very very upset and it spoiled my day... I ordered for a takeout but kids happened to like the ambience and sit and eat.. when asked the waiters to change the takeout to dine in we were several times told not to do this way and they treated as if this was our first visit to any US restaurant.. Please never plan for a nice day in this location because the management and customer service is poor and they treat people like crap.. I will never ever recommend this location to anybody... Management has to improve...

As BWW continues to grow, the service seems to be going down. This is one of the poorer locations as it the staff takes a long time to take your order, especially if youre not part of a huge group (3 or more), spends time talking and hanging out with each other rather than attend to the patrons and have even been seen dropping things into the ice chest (where the ice for your beverage is scooped out of) and still re-using the same ice. I frequent the Grapevine, Arlington, Lewisville and Bedford locations. Althouhg Bedford is hit or miss, Irving seems to be all miss, all the time now. For you real wing aficionados, head on down to Pluckers in Arlington or Dallas for real wings. Carryout has never been a problem here though.

25 mins. wait time to be seat, we sat at the bar for instant seating. The waitress took our drink and food order immediately. That was the fastest thing about the services. We waited 45 minutes to receive our food. Within that time no refills on our drinks. No acknowledgement from the waitress about the hold up. When we told her about the time she was upset and said," thats average wait time would we like a manager". We said," yes we would" a manager never showed up and still no refill. I been there numerous time and never waited that long even on busy days. We saw tables walk out before receiving their order. Staff and kitchen should be better prepared if they are going to have 1/2 off wings Tuesday.

I have been into this location many times, as I live close by. I have had pretty good experiences, until today. I just wanted to go food, because I did not want to smell smoke. I called, and the girl on the phone was curt, to the point of being rude and hanging up on me at the end of my order. I even had to ask her if she was in a bad mood or having a bad day. She claimed that she was not. I got there to pick up the food and she was no better. Not a single smile. Barely looked up at me at all. She was just not pleasant in any way. I hate to make a review like this because I was in that position for over a decade, but this girl ensured that I will never order take out from there again.
