I just want to say that this is the first time that I have ever been to a Potbellys Location. I got word from a co-worker that they were giving a free sandwich with the download of the app, so of course, I downloaded the app. (Who doesnt like free??) I was having complications ordering and with the app itself loading. So I call the location and explain my situation. I was not expecting the courtesy and prompt resolution of my problem. The general manager himself spoke with me and stated that the app itself is for Apple users exclusively. With that being said he stated almost immediately after that he will honor the advertisement and still give me a free sandwich!!!! I cant thank you enough for this delicious lunch today!! I will definitely be returning. Thank you Dave :)

Talk about fantastic customer service! My wife and I went around 1:30pm and we were very pleased with the service here! There was a worker named Elliot Hamilton. When my wife and I placed our order with him, he was very excited and energetic. I honestly have not witnessed this kind of customer service before in my life. He brightened up me and my wifes day with his energy. I wanted to take the time to compliment Elliot, as well as the other workers in there. People are so quick to write bad reviews about places and will not want to do it if they have good experiences. Thank you for your excellent customer service Potbellys of Hurst.

Walks in and gets offered a side of mac and cheese with sandwich. Sure why not? Guy asks me what 2 toppings I would like, so i pick 2 toppings. Get to register and mac and cheese rings up 3.35 plus extra charges for each topping coming out around $5 just for mac side. Then boss lady comes over and says thats the small price and changes the initial price from 3.35 to like 4.50 not including the toppings. Then has system issues and takes forever to take my money. Then hands me a bag to pack my own to go order after the transaction. Then too top it off i get back to the office to find my sandwich was messed up!

Deli Sandwiches and Soups. A lot like Jasons Deli. Think: "Broccoli Cheddar Soup" Thats essentially the essence of places like this. I havent had absolutely everything on the menu, but its an okay place to eat. For the same amount of money, I would probably go to a place with a stronger food theme. I guess every once in a while, its okay to have food that is really basic, rather than Chinese, Mexican, Fried Chicken, Barbecue, etc, etc, etc.

Delicious food! Its not too expensive either. I love getting the chicken and cheddar w/ everything except pickles and mustard. Service has been good every time Ive gone and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this to friends and family!

I love the skinny pair with a t-k-y and a side of sriracha black beans! The peppers they put on the sandwich are amazing! Update: the black beans have left the building. Very depressing. The broccoli cheddar is good, but not AS good.
