When I rarely visit this Taco Bell restaurant, the place is always filthy. The floor, condiment stand, drink station and even the windows are usually covered in dried food and/or the syrupy remains of spilled soda. Theyre even missing wall decor and a chair where they left a exposed metal pole where the seat use to be (no covering or anything is in place). The staff usually treats you like youre bothering them. And they even allow a employee named Brooke to wears an old dirty looking beat up hat in the kitchen. The food always looks fine, but I never feel too well after eating here. Even family members seem to have the same feeling, but were never sure if the restaurant was the cause. So just stay away from the Pipeline Taco Bell restaurant at all cost. There are other Taco Bells within the area that are much better to visit (HWY 26 or Eastchase Pkwy).

I usually dont have an issue here. The drive thru personnel today was frustrating..kept making me repeat my order, and she repeated back incorrectly..thankfully, it seems like order ok. We went through drive thru..we ordered the $5 boxes..she starts handing them out one at a time..had to ask for a bag...she seemed put out when I asked....no napkins, no sauce..had to park and send my daughter in for those..frustrating. Bumping up a star..the triple double crunchers box is great! See photo..includes drink..excellent, food preparers!

The counter girl got my order wrong. The people in the kitchen didnt make it right the second time and argued about whose fault it was instead of fixing the order in a timely manner. The manager offered me free things to appease me. Id rather you just get your act together and hire responsible people who want me to pay their bills with a smile instead of an attitude.

Best taco bell in the area. The food is always hot, and their drive thru is the fastest of any bell i have visited. I have eaten here more than a hundred times. The only mistake they have ever made on one of my orders is forgetting my drink. Overall its the best managed taco bell i have ever been too.

Grande Scrambler with sausage is great! The potatoes in it make it a bit carb loaded, but it is so good! While they sell other good items, this is the single best item they sell. The coffee is pretty good; its not nearly as good as Dunkin Donuts coffee, but what is?

Just redecorated the inside. Looks good. 5 dollar box meals are a great deal. Unfortunately only Pepsi drinks. Get your sods elsewhere and bring it with.
