Came with my wife and my 2 year old daughter to eat here around 10pm to dine inside. As we are looking for what to order, one of the employees comes up to the register and asked we were ready and was trying to rush us because he had to take care of the drive through. We ordered beef super nachos and a steak taco plate. The nacho chips were stale and underneath it all, they were swimming in a big, pool of grease coming from the beef. And the tortillas on the steak tacos were hard as if they were old. My wife through away the nachos and went back to order a quesadilla instead. The same employee said that they couldnt make any quesadillas because the grill was turned off. They close at midnight...so why is the grill turned off in the first place...this is an embarassment of a food chain. Great job Taco Cabana you have lost yet another customer! You simply do not care about your customers and i hope the whole world realizes and acknowledges that!!You are an embarassment to the community on all levels! You might need to train your employees on customer satisfaction or just hire employees that are willing to work to make a difference!

Hubby and I just finished eating here and were sorely disappointed. We ordered a sampler plate, the cashier rings it up. We then try to order a 6-pack of flautas, and the cashier says, "we dont have flautas." I then asked about the sampler plate she had just rung up, which is supposed to come with a flauta. She told me, "Oh, you just wont get one." So she was willing to let me pay for a plate that would be missing one of the main parts of the meal. Then we order a mango margarita. Its supposed to be frozen, the guy gets it, hands it to us, and We sit down. My husband is taking a drink, and I see that the "frozen" margarita is completely liquid. Husband asks the server/cashier if its supposed to be frozen. The guy says, "yeah, theyre supposed to be frozen but our machine is messed up," and then he walks away. No offer to refund, no offer of a different kind of drink, nothing. $3.75 isnt that much, but thats just bad customer service. The crispy taco shell was stale, the enchilada was greasy. The rice and tortillas were the only saving grace. We wont be back to this location.

I just went through the drive through, JUST NOW. The Automated voice said, "would you like to try our chicken taco plate today?"....I said no, I think Ill have a steak quesadilla, meat and cheese only, please.... FULL minute, no confirmation, so drove up to window. Waited a full 5 minutes, did not see anyone in the store at all. Window was half open, so I yelled, "IS ANYONE WORKING HERE TODAY??"....A rude young kid with his cap on backwards walked up to the window, and told me that "there was an alterdation, and they were having to talk to the police, and it would be awhile"...I told him I ordered already, to which he replied, "the drive thru is broke, we didnt know anybody was out here at all". I asked him how long I (and the guy now behind me) would have been left sitting out here if I hadnt gotten his attention. He replied, "cant say", and shut the window and walked off. DEFINITELY need a little attention here from headquarters. Deplorable.

The service is horrible!! I have been here several times because I like the food but the service stinks! I pulled up to order and sat there for 4 mins and finally I said hello!! Then someone says hang on so I sit for several more mins before they come back on to take my order. This has happened the last 3 times I have been to this location. I really wish that there was another Taco Cabana in my area because one has horrible service and what I can see from the drive thru window looks very messy.

Nastiest Taco Cabana ever. I just got charged $9 for two bean burritos and pretty sure the crackhead looking person working the driveway screwed me. I asked for a receipt and she said it was in the bag. it was not. Food was cold. I have been to many TCs and this was a horror story. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The management must be blind and horrrible to not see the filth that is this location. Save your money. It doesnt deserve 1 Star but it wont let me put zero.

Didnt want to even give one star. . The store was out of everything.. so I order my food it took 30 mins to receive it.. the tortillas were half the size of what they normally are. . So when I see that my order was completely correct I go back to the counter and the lady behind the register rolls her eyes and says oh well I guess we are out.. I threw my food on the counter and walked out..

My family and I had a bad experience with one of the cashiers. She looked at us with an unfriendly look and threw the receipt at me. She was either racist or prejudice. She was nice to everyone else that seemed to be of her race. Everyone else was very friendly. I give this place five stars because I dont think the restaurant is at fault for that woman people like that dont last long.

Tacos are smaller than Taco Bell and taste about the same. The rice is bland. Beans were ok. Everything in the box was soggy except the extra tortillas, and Im not sure what those were for since there were already small tortillas with the shredded beef. Would have given 3 stars if the meal included a drink or cost less, this is overpriced for what is basically Taco Bell without a drink.

my food was awsome. I had the steak fajitas and it was good. well cooked and the staff was freindly. I ve been here twice and the drive thru is a little slow but ok. I ate at the cabana in Cedar hill about 8 years ago and liked it. I happened to pass by this one yesterday and glad I stopped. I came back today and brought my son. he loves their tacos as well.

Worst fajitias I ever had in my life! They were tough, stringy and I could not eat most of them. The 1/2 teaspoon of guacamole was good and the beans were good and the tortillas were good. The staff moved slowly and even though they were not busy, our order took a long time (about 20 minutes) This restaurant will be on the bottom of the list from not on.

Slowest service ever experienced at a TC. The general manager saw 3 of us waiting to place our orders and still took forever to come to the register. The food took even longer. The guys in the kitchen look like they are in no hurry to do anything. No wonder this place is dead on a Friday at lunchtime. Hey Corporate Office, time to make some changes here.

I love the food here, but the service is always terrible. My last visit, I order two plates of food. We waited for 25 minutes and someone brought out one plate and apologized for the wait. Said it might be cold but wasnt sure. We had to share it and left because of an appointment we needed to go to. The onsite supervisor was quite short with us.
