Its okay as far as Taco Bells go, but every time I stop in, there are employees on lunch either talking on their phone or with each other dropping all sorts of profanity. Today (4/27/16) there were two on break talking excessively loud with that whole "Ive gotta make sure everybody can hear my lame crap" attitude and they seemed physically incapable of not saying s**t, bull***t or n***a every other sentence. I especially enjoyed hearing about their "phoney a** friend" who "always be talking s**t and actin like he a hard a** n***a cause that time he got shot six times". I guess Ill just start going back to the one further from my house to get my weekly Bell fix.

Staff seams rude and inattentive at this location. Everytime ive came to eat in at this location i always endup waiting for the cashier to finish his conversation with some loitering group of peiple who dont even buy anything, just there.... Anyway after ordering i usually end up waiting several minutes for my food despite the resturant not being busy. The building is also dilapidated. Ceiling tiles were falling down, the kitchen was flooded once and the bathroom is a mess with an inoperable lock. I feel like this place needs to close down for a week and figure out what is goinggoing on.

Stopped here on my way home from work today, waited 15 mins in the drive-thru (literally) and ordered a chicken doubledilla with nachos. They forgot the queso and my quesadilla literally only had chicken in it... No cheese or sauce... And one of the 4 slices literally had nothing in it. A second slice had maybe 4 pieces of chicken. Ive stopped here a few times now and theyre always very slow, but today Ive had enough. The cashier did not apologize for slow service and the couple of times I have been inside here, the drink area smells like garbage.

Confused employees who cant get the order correct not just the first time, but the second time. Their only excuse, "its been a long day." I really love Taco Bell, unfortunately I cant find an actual Taco Bell, just these poor imitations staffed by distracted, disorganized people. Management, such as it is, needs to shut the whole restaurant down for a week and retrain everyone. Those who cant pass retraining should be replaced.

These guys working here are idiots! Dont bother wasting your money here, I ordered a baja chalupa and a soft taco, and apparently these morons dont know how to make anything, I got a chalupa with a stale chunchy shell...seriously!? And the soft taco tasted like it was 2 weeks old one bite and I threw it out...mind you I tend to give the benefit of a doubt but this has happened plenty of times and had the last straw....morons...

Dont bother calling they turn off the ringer. Food is cold, bad customer service, the 1 minute and 15 second drive through time is a joke and should have quality and not quantity 1st. The employees there look to have a high turn over rate, only ones that stick around are the managers and shift leaders. This place needs the undercover boss to walk through and straighten things out with their management.

I am not a breakfast defector! The food was put together so sloppily and was actually kinda gross choking it down my gullet! The picante is just a waterbased salsa that is bland as their eggs which are fake... t.v. ads dont live up to reality If you want a damn good breakfast go to whataburger where it tastes like grandmas in the back making you breakfast .

My wife and I visit here semi-regularly; the food quality can be hit-or-miss, but seems to be better near the lunchtime hours. Average cleanliness inside the restaurant; employees seem to be not all there at times, other times they are pretty good about asking if there is anything you need, even after you have already gotten your food and are eating.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell ever. I ordered some tacos and asked for a chicken substitute and they charged me for it which is fine until I get home and find no chicken or beef on my tacos. Just lettuce and cheese. Really pathetic especially after charging me extra for chicken.

Very rude. They try to rush. There are like 1 million things on the menu. Give me time to look! And then once I order its wrong! At the window I want to add a order and you tell me that I have drive around again just to add a order! And to top it off the food is cold! Really!?

I visit here reguarly. I am vegetarian and always order substitutions, they get it right 90% of the time. Always friendly. Sometimes it takes longer than I feel it should in the drive thru but it is all around a good location. One of the best of many I visit around DFW.

This is the worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to. The service is terrible. Twice Ive been run off from my table by an employee "cleaning" around me. He started cleaning the table I was still sitting at with a wet rag. What the heck?

Taco Bell is my fast-food of choice, and this one has the best service and friendliest staff. Ive never had a problem with cold food or long waits. Asher (late night drive through guy) is a really nice guy who does a great job.

Stopped by to get a drink on the way home after a Rangers game and when we pull up to the drive thru the person tells us they are closed then giggles. Sign says 24 hour drive thru and online says till 3.
